Hey Guys; I go to this gym called Curves and it really works, i try to go three times a week and I also work out at home almost everyday. I do Denise Austin tapes, I Love Them! I bought her pack of 3 tapes for $20 (includes but and legs; arms and shoulders; abs) I do the arm and tummy one everyday there 10 min each also every other day I either go to curves or do a beginners cardiouvascular tape. I have been doing this as much as possible since January (end) and I have lost 10 1/2 lbs. and 16 1/2 inches off my body. Guys don't give up hope, Sometimes I feel fat and like what am I doing I can't lose weight but I am doing it and you can too! Don't give up hope! Feel free to e-mail me or whatever at LiLTuS@aol.com

Hey! Yesterday after school I want to my friends house and so I didn't get to exercise at all that day. Do you think that is ok? I usually every day get my exercise in but if I am at my friends I don't because only one of my friends is trying to lose weight with me. So will one day really matter? Hi i have tried so many stuff and wasted all my money.I have tried slim fast but did not work i have tried drinks ,machines,.and still did not work.now i think about starving myself 4 2 days.cus i heard that if u starve 8 days u could lose 30-50 pounds.so shoud i do that.

Ht. 5'10", Today: 174 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 134 lb - ONE WEEK!! since i started my diet that is. ive lost four pounds this week. im 5'10 and 174 so 9 pounds till i get into a healthy range and 134 pounds away from my goal weight. YAY!!

Today: 210 lb - hey...im 14 and weigh over 210...i have done so many things...i did a lot of hard core sports...working out atleast 4 hours a day...i swam every other day for over an hour...at one point i stopped eating..and then i started throwing up everything i ate...i know its bad but im over it...i dont know what to do anymore...i havnt lost weight in over a year...i have been heavy my whole life...i dont know if i lose the weight and gain it in muscle...i dont know what to do or how...PLEASE..someone...anyone..i need advise...
