Tips on loosing weight
* Dont eat any starchy carb's such as bread cereal pasta rice e.t.c after 5pm
* Dont eat anythin 3 hours before you go to bed
* As a snack eat a few nuts, they fill you up and our very good for you.
* Drink **LOaDs** of water, seriously!
*Eat lots of small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
* Do not skip meals
* Fish is very good for you, its very low in fat and high in protein.
*Aim for atleast 20 minutes exercise a day. such as walking the dog around the block.
* Don't eat more than 5 doses of fruit a day, 5 is plenty.
* Cut out fizzy drinks, or atleast cut down to one a day.
*Make your healthy food more exciting, add some low fat dressing tat you like to some salad.

Today: 196 lb - hi every1. im 15 and 196 pounds and for about 4yrs now i been feelin sorry for myself coz im fat. ive tried almost every fad diet going and failed. its all about willpower. my mum don't help, shes always sayin " you'll neva stick to it" she nos me too well! so what i think is this, everyone do the same diet, a huge group diet and every other day check each others progress, and we'll motivate each other and compete to see who can lose the most. anyone interested?!

Ht. 5'3", Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 89) - Hey peeps im 13 5'3 and i weigh 130-135 not sure but i know im fat. I wear a size 7 sometimes 5 or 9 depending on the brand. Its summer soon and i wanna be able to wear a bakini. Is 135 to big to wear one??? How can i get a flat stomach?? Ht. 5'5", Start: 168 lb, Today: 158 lb (BMI %tile: 90) - Hi im 5"5 and 158 pounds n a 34" waist. i used to be 168 pounds but i lost some ages ago and i cant seem to go back on track (im from the UK) and im a size 12-14 over here (dont know what size over in US) and i was wondering how do i stop eating sweet things? i try and then i forget and im always at the biscuits and im getting so much spots and my love handles are getting really big. The thing that worries me is the bitchy girls who always look at u and say things and they are like size 6s and dead pretty with mini skirts on and it makes me sad to think that i cant do ne of that stuff because my legs are so huge! and all the guys go for them at my school and wont go for plump me. can anyone help me please? :'( can someone also tell me that if u loose weight, does the love handles stay and ur legs stay the same? thank you.
