Another thing. People don't lie about your age or not tell your gender. If you want help be honest and don't lie to us. You can lie to us online but you can't lie to yourself. Losing weight is hard but lets not abuse this site by using it to talk to friends who have no weight problems or any losers using it to get internet girlfriends or boyfriends; WINK WINK kate brian and ray ray. If you want tips or pointers then just ask but don't sound desperate theres no easy answer or quick fix to geting healthy. Losing weight takes time, self control and most of all it takes patience.

Ht. 5'3", Today: 136 lb (BMI %tile: 84) - Hi, I am 5'3 and 136 pounds. I am not as overweight as I used to be, but I still feel fat. I have been trying to lose weight so this one guy might like me. I really like him, and he knows it, but doesnt want to be my boyfriend. I THINK THAT IF I WOULD LOSE A LITTLE MORE WEIGHT (10 pounds or so) AND LOOK MORE APPEALING HE WOULD LIKE ME MORE AND WE COULD GO TO THE DANCE THIS COMMING FRIDAY TOGETHER!!!? I dont want to go with anyone but him and I really need to be thin because of this. I AM TO THE POINT WHERE I THINK I'LL JUST STARVE MYSELF TO LOSE SOME WEIGHT AND LOOK BETTER. ***Even if its just short-term... thats ok. I just have to look thin for awhile to get him to this dance.*** HELP ME! I dont really want to starve myself, so if there is any diet that really works... TELL ME SOMETHING I AM DESPERATE!!!!! (I'm going nuts here. I am not eating dinner! I think I'll tell my parents I have too much homework and go sleep in my room and avoid them.)

Hey! I just found some good tips on how to loose weight really fast and healthy! -record everything that you eat on a piece of paper (don't cheat), then count up the # of calories that you consumed(look at the nutrition facts or online) -on another piece of paper write down what you did throughout the whole day (in minutes like :walking for 14 minutes)- go online and find out how many calories does each one burn (sum +1200 and you will get a total of how many calories you burned).- Then find the difference between 2 numbers. EVERY 500 UNBURNED CALORIES PER DAY THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE WEEK WILL GIVE YOU +1 POUND. EVERY 500 BURNED CALORIES (EXCESS) WILL GIVE YOU -1 POUND THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE WEEK. THE MORE CALORIES YOU BURN, MORE WEIGHT YOU LOOSE.IT ALSO HELPS ALOT WHEN YOU WRITE DOWN THINGS THAT YOU EAT. I TRIED IT MYSELF AND I LOST 4 POUNDS IN JUST 1.5 WEEK!!! I WENT RUNNING EVERY DAY AND I WAS JUMP-ROPING FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES EVERY DAY TOO. I DRANK LOTS OF WATER AND ATE NO MORE THAN 1500 CALORIES PER DAY.aNY QUESTIONS? ~POST HERE! HOPE HELPED

Hi people! I havent posted on here for a while, but Im just going to tell you all that so far I have lost 10lbs! And to all those pple who say "how did you do it?" I am going to state the obvious and say that I ate healthier and exercised! Shock revelation! Yes, I cut down my cals to 1500 and walked 40 minutes every day. And the key to it all is that I stuck with it and I just kept going even when I stuffed up. I will continue to keep going until I reach my goal. Good luck!
