That's the biggest I've EVER been. I'm tired of feeling like I'm not good enough. And I'm tired of being made fun of by people who don't even know me, just because of how much i weigh. I've tried dieting so many times, but one way or other, I just give up cause it's "too hard". i was just wondering if you had any tips for me, or workout ideas, diets, etc. I'd like to lose at least 40 lbs before June, or more IF it's possible. Is it possible to lose 15-20 lbs in a month? And would it be healthy? And also, if I lost that much by eating really well, and staying really active everyday.. would I get saggy skin? I'm ready to get thin and healthy. Please answer, I have no where else to turn! Thank you!

I haven't gained weight i just stay the same weight which is 245 lbs. I will Lose the Weight and put it back on in a matter of weeks. I play softball and this year are coachs are making us do like sit ups if we screw up or whatever so i average like 50-60 sit ups everyday except for saturdays and sundays, we currently going through tryouts and they end this tuesday. if i get cut i have no idea what im going to do because thats my main weight loss. i've started a new diet today but i dont know if imma be able to stick to it.I Just Want to Lose The Weight Because I'm Sick Of Being Like this, I've been overweight since the 7th grade and i just wanna change.

Much fatter! I'm nearly 300 lbs now. I eat waaaaaay too much and totally wrong stuff. I've gotten so lazy because of my weight. There's nothing what gets my a** up from my chair and my computer. It's hard to walk already. I can't walk longer distances anymore. My body has gotten so huge. But I can't stop eating. Just now I've had a bag of chips and a large coke. But I'm still hungry. I'l look in the kitchen what's left there. I don't expect any weightloss anymore. Sorry to say that. That's how it is.
