Ht. 5'4", Start: 142 lb, Today: 136 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I haven't lost that much...only 6lb but i feel alot better about myself! i can actually lose! i been doing exercises i found on yahoo and they work. if you want them reply and ill post them. they pretty easy too. i havent been eating very healthy so i need some help with that. its easier to exercise if u do it with a friend or partner.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 182 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 110 lb - OMG guys... I am so overweight! I am trying to loose weight but it's hard because I can never get motovated! Its really hard for me because I have asthma! If anybody has any tips please help me!!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 120 lb - My two best friends are both so much skinnier than I am. They are both nerds, like me, but both have boyfriends, unlike me. We went on a feild trip to a park today with our grade, and I had a very good time. There was only one bad thing. They served us such bad food. All they had was greasy pizza, soda, and chips. I was really hungry so I had two pieces of pizza. That was terrible. And, to make matters worse, I had chips and a soda because I gave into my cravings. On top of that, I got no exercise today. And, worst of all, my skinny best friend says she's on a "diet" and didn't eat anything! I am so mad at her for starving herself, but I'm even madder at my self because I ate all that crap and let her eat nothing. (I am sorry this is so long, I had to let my feelings out). I am gonna go ride my bike now... (sigh)...

Ht. 5'5", Start: 228 lb, Today: 228 lb, Goal: 145 lb - another new diet. but really, this one has to work. i really need the motivation and thats what i lack. i will always start out strong, and then i go out to eat or something and then eat everything. but its my senior year next year and i dont want to look like this anymore. if anyone has any tips, or motivation or just wants to talk email me georgiaxgirl@yahoo.com thankks

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - why is it sooooo hard? :( my friend used to be fatter than me and all of a sudden she weighs less when I'm the one who started the whole weight loss journey and took life into my hands...I'm falling apart. It's just so hard. Why? I wish I had the drive that I used to back when I started. I just hate myself.

Ht. 5'9", Start: 230 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I have trouble with bingeing. I'll start off good.I'll not overeat for like a week then I will once and just ruin it. Its so fusterating. Does anyone have any tips to keep them from overeating? It would be a great help. Thanks :)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 179 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Down another lb!! Woohoo, im getting so close to my goal =] Im starting to really notice a difference in my body now which makes me feel so good. Its getting harder to stay on track though cos i just feel hungry all the time :s its not cos im not eating enough though bcos i have bfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack so im definitley eating enough! It may be because im off school on study leave as i have exams just now so its a lot harder being in the house alone all day surrounded by food! Im back at school on monday though so things should get even better then! Stay strong everyone <3

Ht. 5'0", Start: 221 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 160 lb - I keep being in the ranges between 176 and 179 and I am freaking out cause I cant lost anymore! I gave up last week and I really need someone to motivate me. I just have 16 more pounds to lose for my 160 dollar skateboard! I am SUPPOSE to weigh 100 because I am only 5 foot and I am freaking out! I have a stupid eating disorder and I need help.

At the end of last summer... i was pretty chunky (around 180) but over the school year ive gaind about 30lbs... i've always been kind of lazy so lately i've been excersing more but still havent lost any weight (actually gaind a couple pounds) I do eat alot... but im not sure how to cut back and were..... Im also a preteen struggling with my weight. i wear pants that cover my stomach and i pull them up that far. i dont really look "fat" but when i sit down i put a jacket over me to cover myself up. Its not easy. well i tryed this new diet. NO BREAD! i've lost 2 pounds already & i just started on saturday. i am also starting to walk around my block. the reason i am doing this is because my 13th birthday party is in august and im trying to lose enough weight so that i actually look as good in a bikini as a did last year. im friends with basically all boys and i really dont need them making fun of me. good luck! Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 90 lb - Hi. I am new to this site and i really want to lose some weight by the time I start school again in the fall. I been trying to lose wieght for about a month, but it hasnt been going so well. Sometimes i an like "oh great lets go get some exercise" and others times i just feel like playing vieogames and being lazy. And my other problem is that my parents are divorced and I have to go to my dads house every other weekend. Its hard because my dad doesnt have a clue about healthy foods even though hes not fat. So I always end up sneaking into the kitchen and eating when i am there. I recently got back from there and i had gained 8 lbs.Does anyone have any tips what to do to control myself?> Anything like mints that i can keep in my pocket when I have a craving? ANYTHING???:p

Ht. 5'7", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 165 lb - ok soo yeah I'm back. Nothing worked for the past few times I have tryed to lose weight I sort of had the "i can be happy with the way I am" thoughts but the trueth is I HATE being ... well FAT how can three little letters make soo much of a differance in the way I am? anyway I have decided I am not going to complain or forget about it or treat myself to any icecream anymore I am going to really focus on loseing this weight not just to be healthy but to feel good about myself. I want to be able to go to the store and not have to look FOREVER to find my size in things. I want to be able to go to the pool and wear a bathing suit and NOT feel scared of who might see me. so tommorrow I start! I have exactly 2 and half months to lose 30-35 pounds ! wish me luck!
