Its haunting me. I am trying my best to keep myself from going in there. Hmm I should DDR. Umm I lost 2 pounds in one day. Is that bad? I know that is a lot. I did eat healthy and I didnt exercise. Its freaking weird. Oh well I am happy with it!!

Anyways, if you hadnt noticed im over weight i mean 14 years old 5 9 and 268 lbs like WOW. I need to lose weight badly. Im a freshmen in high school and im very popular. Only thing is Im fat.. All my friends tell me I would be even more amazing if I lost weight. There is this one girl I like a lot but is a good friend of mine and I am sure she wouldnt go out with me. Anyways before i get off topic. Ive been reading a lot of these other posts and most say eat 1200 calories a day. Well I dot know how many calories I eat a day so yea. Can you guys help me out on that part? Like tell me what I should eat every day. Umm I dont really like fruits and veggies. So... I have DDR but I dont play it as much as I should. I am scarred to run outside just incase one of my friends see me. Umm well thats it I guess I really want to lose weight so please help =]

From Kathleen, Age 15 - 02/22/08 - IP#: 98.212.76.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Ok I don't know if anyone else has this problem but I swim and during the season I am starving after every practise and swimmers burn a ton of calories but then after the seasons over I am used to being able to eat whenever and still lose weight or inches then I just gain the weight I lost during the season back. It's a vicious cycle.

Lately, as soon as I get motivated for a bit, I blow it by going home and eating so unhealthily. I know I need to make better choices, but i'ts like i don't have control. Even when i tell myself no i will still go into the frige, then i feel gross and full. Guys, how do i get control back. Summer is comming and thats motivation enough, but i want to live a healthy lifestyle everyday. Does anyone have anything that could help me?

I was doing great for a little over a week, losing over 25 pounds in water weight. I got down to 196 in less than a week. For about a month put off my diet and stopped exercising. I keep telling myself that i'm going to start again, but i never seem to. I just don't seem motivated. I want to lose weight, but i can never seem to stick to my diet. Help?

My problem is that if I start munching on something like chips or dessert, or anything for that matter, then it becomes way hard to stop. So I just don't eat at all because it is easyer. It is two and all i've eaten today was a Power Bar (290 cal.) five minutes ago and I not feel like I shouldn't have eaten it.
