I've been battling weight loss as long as I can remember, and I've decided that it is finally time to get myself in gear. I'm away at college, but I've actually lost 10 pounds. Last night I took a jazzercise class at my school which was actually a lot more fun than I thought. It combined cardio with a total body workout, much more exciting than just running on the tread mill. I'm hopin to continue with the class 2 nights a week. So i'm sure no one remembers me, but i used to post on here occasionly during the summer and probally before that. Anyways just a quick little about me. As you can see I used to weigh 230 pounds. I'm now down to 175 thanks to exersize and a sensible diet. I'm very happy with the progress i've made but i still have alot more to accomplish. Right now my biggest problem would have to be eating. I eat alot, but I eat pretty healthy. However sometimes I do slip off into these binges for some unknown reason. As far as exersize goes, I've taken up running and am acually running my first 5k at the end of May in memory of a friend who died of cancer in early December, and am starting cross country practice in the summer. I'm not new to this site but I have returned to make a last and final attempt at losing this weight but first i'm not setting big goals anymore because I realize that I fail at that. Since being at college I have gained so much weight and it is embarrasing so before school is out May 10th I hope to be 280 or somewhere near that weight because I weighed 280 when I started college in May and over the course of the summer I plan to lose 30-40 pounds, I usually lose rapidly. I am going to finally purchase a tredmill for my home for summer vacations. My doctor recommended that I use Dr. Ians Extreme Fat Smash Diet to start out because it teaches healthy eating habits and a healthier lifestyle so I am hoping for the best because I am a sucker for candy, ice cream, pop and cookies, it is going to be soooo hard but I am determined to enjoy my sophmore year of college, i'm tired of being the "fat girl out" all my friends have the perfect bodies, i'm almost 19 for heavens sake lol it's time for a change, if anyone wants a diet buddy just reply :)

This is the first time I've been on Blubber Busters in...wow, a REALLY long time! I hope everyone is doing well. A while ago I was 184 lbs, the I got down to about 164, then some really tough things happened in my family and with all the added stress--bam!--the weight piled right back on. My 15th birthday is coming up at the end of this month and by my sweet 16 I really like to be at least 20-30 lbs. I just read this amazing book called The Diet for Teenagers Only, which I plan to follow. I just started this week but find it hard to incorporate exercise into my life. Any tips? Thanks! :P

I have gained a pound plus i have been excising like crazy. But im always hungry now , and still can't stop eating during the day and night. I think it will be better when i go back to school on monday cuz i was on spring break. I guess is i lose the pounds then its all worth it. But yeah, plus i have been SO cold lately. I've recently went through a period where i was really sick. The medicne they put me on to get me better made me gain wieght. I was down to 155lbs before that and was the skinnest i'd ever been. Now i wiegh 180lbs. It's not that i dont know how to lose wieght exercise and watch wat u eat. But it's so hard to do and i feel so helpless when i start like im wasting my time nothings going to work. Im decating this summer to losing weight and getting healthy.
