I am joining weight watchers again next tuesday! I was 186 at the beginning of the month and now I am 182! If I keep at this pace (aprox.1 lb a week)I will be 150 by my 16th b-day! I am hoping I can do more than that w/ weight watchers, or get to 150 b4 my b-day!

okay so i think i am goin to do a high protenin tell what me what you think.. breakfast egg white omlete with some kind of low fat cheese and light meat.. with tomatos/ veges.. and for dinner.. fish with salad and veges.. and for a snack maybe a like low carb bar or something.. and working out for 2 hours a day.. and only drinking water.. i want to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks.. do you think i can do it???? PLease comment i know its a lot of weight but working out and high proten i should be able to do it.. PLEASE PLEASE COMMENT!!! thanks

I just got a treadmill cause i wanna lose weight. Im also gonna lower my calories to 900 a day. I have exactly three weeks till i see my cusion and I want to look really nice. I weigh 140 and wanna lose around 18 pounds. Should I run on my treadmill everyday or everyother? which would make me lose weight faster?

mY best friend is 15 and she is 5'10 and supert skinny i wish iwas like her so when she told me she was going on a diet i was amazed i told her she didn't need to go on a diet and she lissened she said she id just going to exercise more to become fit but she has given me motovation and to feel as though i realy can get through this .This site is grate it's realy helping. because i'm new i dont know any of you so hi to you all .Lots of love dillse this is my nikename by the way.Thanks to everyone on this site.

hey, i have to lose weight to feel better and obviously look better. im a girl, and graduating 8th grade in 3 months. i need to find a dress in a matter of 2 months tops. plus my bestfriend/boyfriend is moving and were having a party for him. so not only do i want to do this for myself(which is the main reason to lose it) but i have external reasons as well. im hoping to lose between 10-25 pounds. please give me tips or tricks and suggestions. i need help on being able to stop snacking and exercising ideas. i live in a suburb of chicago, so its pretty cold here. for all chocolate lovers...i heard that dark chocolate is a lot better for you than milk chocolate so try eating that instead of the other if you must have chocolate!

oopps i mean 5 lbs in a month not 10 but if u want to figure how much u want to lose in a month (resonable amount) use this equation weight u want to lose X 3,500 = Cal Cal. Divided/ by number of days in month.. that will tell u how much calories u should take in a day

My Dad just got back from Holland and he brought me 3 boxes of chocolate. Beligain chocolate is so good! Hopefully I'll be able to eat only like 2 a day or something - yay for moderation. Theres no nutrition facts! I guess its not required there or something. I started my diet yesterday - wish me luck! I'm following the Oprah Winfrey thing which is basically don't eat lot of food, no alcohol (oh darn...(jk)), and no white 'stuff' such as white bread, white pasta, potatoes, etc. And exercise 8 times a week. I'm going to the gym twice today - I already went once...woah, I'm tired. Well, again - wish me luck! *Ray*Ray*

heres some info i read: u need to cut ur calorie intake by 3,500 to lose one pound .. so i u want to lose ten pounds in one month 5 x 3,500= 17,500 cal. u need to cut back on. Then Divide 17,500/ 30 days in the month = 583 calories a day u should be eatting in order to lose that much weight.. it is physically impossible to lose 30 pounds in 1 months it didnt take u one month to gaint he weight it wont take u 1 month to lose it so if anyone says to u Oh i losted 30 lbs this month from doing this tel them to take a hike. the excersise will do them good. hope this little information helps out everyone

hey guys...I know excercising can make me loose weight and eating rite too...but I still don't see any changes...I used to be like 105 and then over the summer...since we live out in the country and there is no type of excercise to do but run...I gained like 30 pounds cuz 3 or 4 mounths ago I was 144...I am so ashamed...because at my school all the girls are skinny and rich and all the guys like them...I don't think I'm ugly in my facial features...but I do think I'm fat...and I HATE it...I want to look like all the other girls at my school...I just don't know what else to do...I think I have lost some wait by running and doing crunches...but I would like to loose more...I would like to look skinner...I just want to feel confident about myself...Im tired of looking the way I do...if anyone has ANY thing that can help me...please reply
