I feel I just need to rant today. Ok well I went to Wendy's with my friends today and they were all getting greasy food from there. For the past 3 days I have been coming to Wendy's with my friends but I usually just buy nothing for lunch. Well, today I bought a combo -- fries and a hamburger! The only healthy thing I got was a small apple juice. I feel so stupid for doing this!Im trying my best to lose weight but everyone around me is like a stick and im the only losing weigh! :(

i keep trying to lose weight..but no matter what i do i only lose like 1-2 pounds per week...antbody have any suggestions?

k so i've pretty much been on a plan where i eat 1200 cals but not really many carbs at all.. just at breakfast, its worked real well.. but im wondering, am going to state hockey next week andd the hotel food is really all we'll be eating, and its like an enormous free breakfast buffet so to save money i'm just taking stuff from breakfast and keeping it for later... do you think if i would take like dry cereal and eat 1200 cals still though will i gain weight sinc ei haven't been having carbs? or will i stay the same since 1200 cals is 1200 cals!?!? PLEASE HELP

I weigh almost 200 pounds and I am only 14. I hate being fat. Will anybody give me any tipes on how to drop the extra weight. I feel like a cow next to my friends.

this past week i have done sooo bad! i am so afraid to weigh myself cuz i think ive gained. so im going to make sure next week i keep on track and hopefully lose this extra that ive put on. every time i get a craving, i tell myself, No you are going to be ugly for the summer and spring, but that doesnt even work. I am just pulled to the kitchen!!! :( anyone feel with me on this? do you have any ideas on what to do when i get cravings..like have water..anything else to motivate me too? thanks guys and good luck with your goals! i am 5'8 230lbs..later!!

sorry i forgot to say i dont have a problem working out on the contrary i have just started track and i normally always do crunches, situps,pushups,leglifts and lunges every night i just mainly need help on eating i just cant seem to resist food

hey everyone my names helenim fifteen years old and im a sophmore in highschool (10th grade) i use to come to this website all the time and i lost a great deal of weight i was 170 in seventh grade and by the time eigth grade came around i was 116 and i kept that up for a whole year and a half but then over the summer from 9th to 10th i got really depressed and i have been grounded for a year and a half as well so that didnt help but it was my fault i got grounded any way now i way 134 and i would really like some motivation to lose it again also i have not gotten any taller since eigth grade so i know thats not the reason. all i know is i was really happy with my weight last year and i was less selfconcious then i am now so im hoping that you guys will give some input towards me and my situation and ill give you some regardless please help ~helen~

hey guys, i think i had around 1000-1200 cals today. i had a few glasses of water not alot thoug. 500 crunches and had volleyball practice. i really want that bikini before spring break... 8 more pounds to my goal!
