Breakfast: Bagel and Cream Cheese with Tomato, some apple juice, and a large tea.Lunch:Veggi. (soy) Meat Balls in a tomato and onin sauce (tons of protein)Snack: a spoonful of peanutbutter (dont ask, i was craving it!!Lol)Dinner:two pieces of block tofu (v. v. healthy!), and cooked veggi's.Over all today i had four glasses of water so far...My goal for tonight is to have two more, which will make six! yyyesss!!As far as exercise goes, I did 40 minutes straight of kickboxing...wait, actually thats not true...in the first 20 minutes i had to pause the tape for 5 minutes because someone came to the door...but then other than that, yes, 40 minutes. Then i did 160 crunches (Cosmogirl abs), 15 pushups, and 20 tricep pushups, which is good because i ussually only do 15!!Please let me know how i did and tell me hwo to improve because i feel like im at the point were i should improve on some stuff!

My mum constantly buys crap food. I have said to her, look, mum we're really dangeroulsy obese stop buying this crap. and she's like "ok I'll find a diet and then we'll follow it alright?? Good" Then she forgets. I keep naging and freaking nagging to her about tai chi or kick boxing or yoga classes, and I find places and all she has to do is say but she's always going on about "it's too far away" or "we can't afford it" (but somehow we can afford all this other crap like better tv's and more and more junk food) Do any of you guys know what I should do? Also, what are some good excersises that aren't boring and repetitive (eg: squat and crunches)??? Thanks!P.S This site rocks, I came on here about half a year ago and it really motivated me and now I've lost two stone!!!(only 6 more to go..:S) :) It's hard but keep going guys!  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

I feel really good today. I ate bad, so I made it up with exercise. Your never going to believe what I did. First I did an hour of powerflex, then an hour of kwando, then an hour of cycling. I was dripping with sweat when I was done, it felt great. Then I hung out with my cousins all day. So all and all, it was an awesome day!

I started my new diet of eating healthy yesterday. I did good then and today, but the thing is, I've been really light headed today and I'm wondering why? Could it be because of the change in diet or something else? Thanks in advance.

Hi. Right now, I am 147 pounds, and about 5'5''. Some people don't think that's a lot but fat kind of shows on my body. When I go shopping with my friends, or they ask me what size I am to buy me something for my birthday, its emberrising to say "i'm a size L." Well, at school, 9/10 kids are skinny. Which pretty much isn't cool since i'm not one of thows kids. Almost all of my friends are 120 lbs and under. I want to be just like them, so i'm going to do anything to lose weight. My plan is to give up all sodas and to drink more flavored water, and to also eat salad evrey day for lunch and dinner. Since wendy's has diffrent kinds of salad, i'll buy from there a lot. I'm also going to do arobix (sp), 100 jumping jacks, and 150 crunches evrey day. I'll also work on the exersize equiptment I have at home. I'm starting today, and I plan to get down to 115 by june. Wish me luck.
