hm, i'd just like to clear something up. sometimes people just use different names on here because they feel like it. i mean, ive been a million different people, but ive always signed it ashley so youd know who i am. i mean... Ive been Ashley, Shwee, Shbee, Shlee, Ashkabashka, Ashka, Eshleh, Esh, sometimes i just get tired of the same name. it might be like that for a lot of people, so i dont really think we should be making a huge deal about people using different names. if someone specifically says they are different people, thats another story. but sometimes a different name is just a different name, not some trickery.

ok is this enough exercize 4 1 day:walk 15 minutes,run 15 minutes,jog 15 minutes,play tennis 1 hour,go on trampoline 30 minutes bcuz thats what i did today n i need to no if its enough n also i need sum tips on how to run cuz i get outta breath at liek 52 seconds n i want to liek love to run but i hate it soo tips help n does runnin make ur thighs smaller? and does tennis exercize ur thighs n butt? thx so many questions i just need the answers 2!!! thx again buh-byezers

i want to flush my system like 3 days befoe my trip imm going to try and have like 9 glasses of water / day or something, how long will it take to lose the water weight from all that? cuz maybe i should stop drinking any liquids like the day before to make sre my stomach looks it's FLATTEST?

wow it has been a long time since i have been here. i have been so busy!i have lost about 2 lbs *rolls eyes* hey does anyone know if fruit smoothies are good for you? i made some for breakfast (i have never made them before) and it tasted sooo good!it had canned peaches, frozen strawberries, apple juice, fat free cool whip, and a very little bit of vanilla ice cream...yummy! i think im going to make them for breakfas alot. well i have to go study for a chemistry test. i love yas bunches! tootles!~*~ jaime ~*~

so i WAS 5'6 and weighed 144 lbs...in the last TWO weeks, bc of eating less and running and working out everyday, im now 5'6 and weigh 135.8!!! i have just started my ADD meds which is adderall so thats why i have been able to eat way healthier...it makes me not have cravings for bad food and now yogurt and apples and other fruits are my fav foods...i havent had a fast food meal in TWO weeks and for me that is AMAZING bc i used to eat out at LEAST 4 days a week!! my goal weight is somewhere between 120-128 and i wanna be able to get there by may bc thats wen my boyfriend comes back from college to visit and i wanna look good!! wish me luck!

hey everyone! heres an update for everyone about me!!! i have been at my grandma and grandpas house for one week babysitting their dogs and house while they are in Las Vegas. They left not alot of junk..but some junk food. I've had my binging times..but i havent been eating a WHOLE lot. Just about the same as at home. But, I have been drinking loads of water. Their water is soooo good. I keep drinking and drinking. I weighed myself the other day on their scale, and it said i have lost about 9 pounds! I think i have lost weight, but I also used a different scale than the one from home. But o well, I will weigh when i get back home and hopefully lost at least 5!!! i am 5'8..230 pounds..well was when i weighed at home. good luck to everyone and remember to drink water and more water!!! P.S.--Ice water tastes better to me than regular water!!

What would be better to have for lunch which is at like a quarter past 11?....a snack lunch, composed of say 5 healthy snack (example would be: an apple, some soycrips, an apple sauce cup, an apple juice, some soy nuts, and cheese and crackers, and some low-cal soup).....OR....a Meal lunch...which would be an actual main dish then about 2 or 3 snacks (example would be whole wheat pasta in a thermos, an apple, apple jucie, and some carrots I would have water with both options too, but which would be more helpful towardds weight loss??

Hello Everyone. I have always wanted to loose weight. For the benefit of myself and my health! And I have finally decided to put my mind to it and do it! So starting tomorrow I am on a junkfood/ candy/ fastfood free diet and I am going for a walk every afternoon and drinking heaps of water!! I hope it makes a difference I have too bootiful gurlfriends and they just inspire me so much I have to do it! I know everything is woeth it! And I am positive about that! I am not giving up! Wish me luck everyone. I hope I can see a difference with in the next month and dress up for the next dance! :D That thought makes me want to do it more and more!

My goal is to loose 45-60 pounds eventually, but my short term goal is to get into the 170's (Im 183)....and i was wondering...could u please assess my diet and help me with it? This is what i do: (an average (not every) Day's food: Breakfast: Fruit, juice, sometimes healthy cereal with soymilk. Lunch: I always have "snack Lucnhes" which to me, means about 5 snacks ...theyre all healthy. some examples might be: fruit, a fruit to go bar, soycrips, a rice cake, etc. after school snack: a serving (about 10) animal crackers, or fruit. Dinner: Two pieces of block tofu, salad with a light japanese dressing, and veggies. Throughout the day i drink between 4 and 8 glasses of water.
