i was wondering if i could get some opinions on wat i ate today,- pops w/milk-potatoes and a chocolate chi[ cookie, and some salade- 2 pieces of chicken and some brocoliei walked like a mile and ran for like 10 miutesthanks a lot!

Hey guys whats up? I found a great way for motivation. Buy a fitness magazine like once a week. Whenever I buy one and read it, I always wanna try out the fitness plans and diet tricks they use. Its great motivation. I've got about 10 more lbs to my goal. My weigh in is next Tuesday!! Heres what I've been doing. I wake up and have a bowl of cereal. At lunch I have a salad and orange. For supper I eat what my mom makes, but I watch the portions. I exercise a lot and eat a lot of healthy foods. I cut out sugar of my diet also. I only drink milk and water and use the food pyramid as my guide. It really does work! i also love going on long walks in my neighborhood even if its 20 degrees. Hope that helps.

and btw, OMG! im SORRY i didnt know what upperback fat was, or what crunches were a while ago... thats why i ASK. you learn by ASKING. and im not afraid to ASK. thats why im here, to ASK. ASKING is a wonderful way to LEARN things you dont know. and if you dont APPRECIATE my asking, then PLEASE just smack your negative energy into someone elses face! whether you like it or not, "someone who asks is a fool for only a moment, someone who does not ask is a fool for the rest of his life". im sorry i ever asked! i really DID mean well! and please dont reply telling me to get over it. thats more annoying than yelling at me for asking. im not even under anything??? I was on a church retreat this weekend.... and i did NOT eat well. I feel like a balloon, i pigged out on everything!!! how much can somebody gain in 2 days.. if they are eating like there is no tomorrow? lol im not gonna step on the scale for a few weeks now.. and i was doing so well!

Yay!!!! Today was my first weigh-in for my 1200-1400 calorie diet and I burned away 2.5 pounds and now I'm down to 151!!!! I have 7 to go before I'm officially in my normal weight range. Wish me luck and thank you for all of your support, I appreciate it!!! I know you guys can do it!!!

last week i started lifting weights.my friend told me when you lift if you have fat over the muscle you will not be able to see the muscle and it will just make you look fatter . is this true and if it is what shud i do to get a good body

Hey guys! I decided to go on the Atkins diet starting tomorrow. I was just thinking, I've tried everything else that's out there. I exercize a lot every day, but I just eat a lot too. I can stay on a diet where you have to limit how much you are eating for about two weeks. And then I just regian the weight I've lost and maybe even more. I'm at around 155lbs right now. My goal is to be 130lbs by May 1. I am 5'5". I will do the Atkins like you're supposed to. So after I'll loose the weight I will go on the maintenence phase, not just quit the diet altogether. What do you think?

I have a tip for everyone whos trying to lose weight.. IF ur on a diet.. and u crave something like umm.. Oreos or ice cream.. EAT IT! not alot but a plentyful amount.. because (this is true) if you dont eat it.. ur craving build up and then u binge and eat way too much.. just eat enough so u member how good it taste.. not dont do this ALL the time.. but this is good for u every once n awhile1 and it helps u lose weight!
