Well Im about 5'1 and I weight 150 pounds I play sports year round but I can NEVER stick to a diet I always get side tracked! Any advice?

Hey all!
Umm today i did pretty good food wise: Breakfast was a bagel and creamcheese, Lunch was soup and some crackers with cheese, and dinner was cannaloni...as far as exercise i took a break from kickboxing but i did 20 min of strength training, such as situps, pushups, leg lifts etc....! Yeeeuep!
OOO and i measured my waist todya and i lost 2 inches in the last 2 weeks!!!!! :)

well i ususally eat salad for lunch with like chicken in it or whatever but we ran out of salad and my mom isnt going to the store till tomorrow so this is what i made, 1 cup of cubed cantaloup, pear cup, yougart (90) and cereal (60) all mixed together it might sounds gross but it is good, do i need more??? if so please tell me what else i could bring?

HEy today.....B: Apple sauce...L: Bagel with cream cheeseD: not sure, havent had it yet.and tahts all im going to eat today because im not really hungry, and i weigh in tommorow!OH since today was my two week mark wsince i started to be healthy, i measured my waist and i lost two inches off of it!! YESS!!!!As far as exercise goes, today i did 40 minutes of Kickboxing, but nothing else, because yesterday i did only strength training, and i did alot of it, so i figured i should only do my cardio today (i also had pretty bad cramps :( )....Let me know how i did and how i can improve!! My weigh in is tomorrow!!! ahhh!!!m

Hey i would like some feed back on what i ate today.. Breakfast: Turkey n cheese sandwhich.(turkey wheat break a little mayonaise and a slice of american cheese)Lunch:handfull of grapes,brocolli and grilled chicken meal thing(lean cuisine)...and for dinner: 3pickles 3 slices of turkey and a handful of grapes..also i have walked for 30 minutes so far and plan on walking 20 more atleast before bed... please reply and tell me how i did... Hi Am Richard And I wEIGH 208 lb.s Pounds And I'm Olny 5'7 in hight, last year I Weighed Only 150 l.bs that means I've put on 50 pounds sincelast year. my best friend died last year and I Was so Upset that I would eat all time. by the summer I Weighed 181 lb.s and wasn't so Upset and Even siad To Myself It Come off. but it did'nt I Got Even fatterand fatter and now I Can't Even See Over My Gut. I'mSo Fat. and Wish Too lOSS tHE extra weight the 50 pounds on extra weight. anyone know a fast deit . tell me please

can any one give me a meal planner or any web sites, or any healthy breakfasts or lunches or snacks..i always post what i eat and they always get deleted it makes me mad i am on here to get help and if i need to eat more someone can tell me!!

so i know that the "weight calculator" is supposed to tell you if you're overweight or not, but where do they get the "ideal weight" numbers from? could a person be overweight and have the calculator say they're not, or vice versa? sorry, this might be a dumb question

i know this is like the wierdest thing ever, but im on a ww points diet and i get 20 points a day and 35 extra points to use thoughout the week, and being me i just had a HUGE binge on grahamcrackers and whipped cream so now i only have NO extra points left, which is fine, because thats waht they are there for, so when you binge your still on the diet... but OMG i feel SOOOO sick! i just want to throwup! what the heck do i do??????????????????????????? other than learn from this lowsy binge??? (btw... i just ate a whole bin of fat free cool whip... thats the kinda binge im talking about) ugh please help me if there is any help possible. im going to be sick.... J'ai mal au coeur!! JE CRAQUE!

well i just weighed myself today and i havent lost any weight, im 13 and weigh 169 i want to weigh about 120 by this summer, does any one have any good suggestions, and does any one how to get rid of stretch marks?

TO SCARFACE!! Hey, I was checking posts cuz i was away for the weekend, and i came across your "man-boob" post. If you already lift weights, then its the same concept with abs. It doesnt matter how strong your stomach or pectoral muscles are-- if there is a layer of fat on top of them then the muscles cant show through, and that area will end up looking even bigger. So since you already have the muscle, you need to get rid of the fat!! Thats why "they" always say in order to loose weight you need to combine healthy diet with exercise. good luck with that!

Ok you guys i really need some motivtion and help. I know i need to lose weight for health reasons but the last week in may me and my family are going on vacation and i would like to be smaller by tyme we go. So can any of you help me? Please! If i start tomorrow it will be March 1st and then i will have like almost 3 months before we go on vacation. So how much do you think i could lose? I'm willing to do anything i just need an exercise and diet plan! How much water should i drink a day? And how many carbs or fat grams should i eat a day. By the way i'm 5'6 289 lbs. ThanksJacque
