Ht. 5'5", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - I have had weight problems all my life. I weighed 100lbs two years ago and i was diagnosed with bulimia and anorexia. I have slowly been learning to eat more but i am now obese. I don't want to become anorexic again but i need help in what diet to choose. Please help!!!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 150 lb - Like many of you, I have struggled with weightloss my entire life. I attended Camp Shane which is basically a fat camp and lost 15lbs! It was really hard to keep off after leaving that environment and needless to say i put the weight back on in only 2 months. :( i'm back at it again tho. This time i'm not gonna quit. I recently signed up with a personal trainer and have been eating right, but there are still those times when i allow myself to eat things i shouldn't because it's the only way for me to stay on a diet. Another thing i'm doing differently this time is that i am only weighing myself once every month because i'm tired of not seeing the change i feel like i worked hard and deserve. Everytime i start the weightloss process i want the pounds to shed away quick, but i know this cannot always be the case. This site always helps to motivate me, so your comments are GREATLY appreciated. I'll let yawl know my next update on March 1st!

Ht. 5'1", Start: 192 lb, Today: 192 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 115 lb - So I didn't get to go to my friends house to weigh myself because we got this snow/ice storm. And now today is the second day school is closed. And since there has been at least 1 snow storm every week and we've had no school those days, they're going to take away half of our april vacation. That sucks. But I've been sticking to my diet and I got past the first two days. I hope I make my goal by prom which is June 10.

Ht. 5'5.5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 211.9 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 189 lb - 19 pounds. I love it. This is the first time i have ever lost this much weight at a time. The whole "burning off more calories than you take in thing" is really the only thing that has worked for me.

I actually really don't know if that is my weight since the scale at my house is broken, but that's what i weighed the last time I was at the doctor. I'm going to see my real weight tomorrow when I go to my friend's house. I really hope it is that weight though, and not higher. But oh well. I have to be at or near my goal for prom in June and for when I go to college in the fall.

My Mom was there when I was changing in to it- she has not seen me without full clothing for years- and it almost made me cry to see her face. I tried to hide all the rolls in my stomach and all the stretch marks because I've put on this weight since I started middle school- so basically in the last three years. My Mom was disgusted. The doctor told me I was hugely overweight, and that I need to do something about it. When we got home, my Mom made me jog around this loop in our neighborhood. It is only about 1/6 of a mile, and I could not do it. I was wearing a tightish shirt, and it kept riding way up, and my stomach kept falling out. My stomach is huge, and it was really embarrassing. Ht. 5'0", Start: 121 lb, Today: 119.5 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 100 lb - Lost 1 and half pounds! Yay- let's do this thing! Went for a walk with my mom today, had only an apple and a glass of milk for breakfast and started using this calorie and exercise tracking website called Lose It!- which I would really recommend. I'm happy to give advice- just ask!

I'll game some den lose some den lose some. I'm just basically "maintaining" my current weight. & that's not what I want. I would just like to lose 10-20lbs and dats all. But I can't. Anyone have any tips? Juss so u no, I eat pretty good as it is. I have PE at school. (everyday, obviosly.) & sometimes I will play wiifit plus or do some exercises from my apps. It's cold right now, so I cnt go out to exercise or do activites. Another thing that I notice is dat I lack in exercise & activities. I Rlly dnt do anything. Wen I do, I give it my all. But dats on occasions, so I dnt no. I'm planing to join Curves with about 4 other friends. Since there's a 30-day free trial. But idk if I am yet. Ht. 5'6", Start: 326 lb, Today: 326 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - hi im Michael im obese now because of mc donalds and my mom and dad always working on weeknights i get myself food because my mom and dad finish at 9:30.in the weeknights i always get mcdonalds and i always get alot of food and the most fatting things on an average weeknoght i get about 10burgers 2packs of fries 4apples pies and 3 caramel sunday's and lunch i eaet about 3 footlong rolls and breakfast i eat mcdonalds on the way to school i eat hotcakes with syrup and butter. i always go to the same mcdonalds and the guy that serves me knows my name because i go everyday mcdonalds is the reason im obese and others are to.
