Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 135 lb - I'm frustrated. Like I said on my last post I've lost 14 lbs....Now it seems like no matter how dutiful I am with exercise or how well I ate that day that I just can't shake any weight off. I go up a bit then I go down a bit then I stay the same then up then down....good news is I'm really good at maintaining, just not losing. Any tips to rev up my metabolism, exercise tips, food tips?

They want you to stop eating carbs for two weeks. Even veggtable, or ploutry, I would not try it If I were you.. not a good idea, I would try EatingWell or The Diet book for Teengers only, I heard that is a good diet for teens it was written by mother and teenger dauther aged 15 five years a go..My dad wants to use South Beach diet, it is not good for growing kids or teens. For safety of you health and well being.... And dont eat creal for two weeks that also unhelahty. I thought Specail K was crazy.... They did not linclude excriseing or eating small blanced meals, or half cup of creal or a half cup of milk either.... Dont try SouthBeach diet, or Arskins. Dont even mess with them. I am loseing weight, and alos SouthBeach webiste is free only for 7 days, and after that they charge $5 a week. I think it is worthless.

It took me an hour to find a swimsuit that fits me. Almost last summer, and even 11 mounths a go. I weighed 165 pounds, I was at risk becoming to be obesty. I was almost 170 pounds, Today I am working on to 118 pounds, I have noicted the differents. Eating less, and excriseing drinking watet, helps, water improves weight loss, doing a lot of things that are excriseing, Bike riding, running, walking, swiming, riding sctccor, walking the dog, I was reading what other teens are do a workout with excriseing DVD"S I saw the DVD on Amazon. Extrme tone for teens Dance workout. I would recomand it. Even I havent bought it yet, It is a DVD for teens, I think it cost like $14.99 or $7.99 used. It is a work out dvd.. Loseing 2 pounds a week works. I do use Eating Well it is not a fad diet, they recomand eating one seerving per meal. There are recipes online I most of the teens on here go to public school the recipes you can make for lunch to being for lunch at school.. I know what it was like fried food at my elmarnty days.I dont reamcand eating fried if you have health corncs, talk to your doctor if you have issues with food. (view less)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 157 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 118 lb - I forgot that I can weigh 118 pounds!!! I lost seven pounds so far. I only got 39 pounds to go yay... I am bit mad,, I worked so hard to get out of the 160's I just have to push myself more. I excrised a lot while I was away. I dont know what happened. I avoied the dounts. I am doing good. Staying from junk food vending minches, I usually get a trail mix is favorites. When I get a bad minegrain I eat dark chocolate, I used to not like it. Even when I was 13 I did not like dark chocolate. It is sort of strange. I guess my taste. Changed I will eat milk chocolate once in a while!! I got the dark chocolate taste from my mom.. I am eating less. No seconds, no no I am drinking lots of water!! I know it hard but I can do it and once for all to be 118 pounds..

I am muscular and my friends or people who I play sports with always like to call me "tank" or "beast" and I honestly like it. Ht. 5'10", Start: 195 lb, Today: 202 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 195 lb - I've tried to stay at the same weight but I just keep gaining more and more weight. It's not like I'm overeating THAT much.. I only eat when I'm hungry. I've had to study all this week so I can't exercise, and all I do while studying is eat (since I'm hungry all the time)

Ht. 5'6", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 155 lb - For as long as I can remember, I've always felt self conscious and uncomfortable with how I look. I've been overweight since about 3rd grade. I've always sort of been in denial because when I look in the mirror I always think I don't look that big, but when I'd see myself in pictures I'd see what I really look like. I don't hate exercising but it's hard for me to stop eating. I want to finally be able to buy clothes and look good in them, and be able to wear a bikini.. which skinny girls take for granted. I'm hoping that with support from others I can finally turn my life around. Anyone feel free to talk to me, I'd love to!

Ht. 5'10", Start: 195 lb, Today: 196 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 195 lb - A year ago, I was REALLY skinny (100 lbs at 5'2") Over the past year, I've gained 95 pounds and gotten 8" taller. At first, I didn't notice my weight gain, until my friends started commenting on it (they weren't being mean about it) and then I realized how much weight I had put on. It's hard getting used to the excess weight, and having to buy new clothes all the time is expensive and annoying. I'm not sure about what I want to do about my weight yet; I'm not ready to change my habits or alter my behavior yet. I feel healthy (even healthier than I was when I was underweight), and I look healthier (according to my family) than when I was underweight. Just trying to figure things out :)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 220 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - HEllo ALL!!! :d so i started back up and i am determined to have sucess now. My first mini goal is 200 BY then end of the month. because i kinda made a blood oath swearing i will loose 20 pounds by the end of may and well now i reall gotta get going lost 5 pounds this week and heres what i did, i A. ate 1300 calories on the dot :D b. ran/ walked 3 miles per day C. did round 200 situps nd D lifted a 15 pound weight 10 reps in 4 sets throughout the day to tone my arms. :D i am quite determined but i deff did not exercise today and drank mt.dew but ill get back up there tomarrow.
