I drank a lot of water, and did track for 1, and two I ate salds, and less candy, and cut orange soda and sprite and largr ice cream cones.. And I ate small amounts.. I also avoied frnch fries, and milk chocolate. As well, chessbugers, I no longer, I eat only hambugers at Five Guys hambuger place, they have it fresh never frozen.. I put furit in my Speiacl K creal.. It gets very boring, having plain creal with just almonds. I put apples in the spring, I also did my sccotor and walked my dog.. And did strechs. I watched my calorie, no higher then 1408 calorie my hight. And body type. Yes even my male friend likes me a lot... And he told ingroe thoses who say something mean about you Jess.. I drink Diet coke once in a while, not to much.. I used the excrisieng at a hotel in my area.. For almsot 2 hours.. Even I was on my last track meet they had hambugers and hot dogs. Well I only had one and a bag of chips, I ate half and had my couch throw it it away so I would get tempted to eat it.. I even ate small portions at my family BBQS and even at the picn I was at last Friday. And even Sunday.. Oh man it is going to be very hard.. Tomrrow but I can do. So can others, who are on here.. I am on here so I can lose weight easily, I am not 157 pounds anymore.. I bunred that pound.. I know it is about two in a half mounths old.. Soon I will post my currten weight.. hoping next week.. I will be 16 next Saturday.. I want to be a healthy 16 year old..By the time I finsh high school at home one day. I want to be fit. I feel like a new girl already. Not a pig.. Dont give teens and kids. Keep trying, if you are just starting out.. If I can do it. So can you .. I will eat dark chocolate now, it is strange I used to not like it. I think my taste has changed.. I will not eat very high calories. Like 800 that nasty.. I was horifed to have gained 3 pounds back in January after I came from a re treat. I am out of 160's most likly 150's.. I can do it and I am not giving up to lose weight and be a healthier me!! 118 pounds.. I dont want to be fat girl any more.. I want to be a good example for my niece I will not eat junk food around her like MC Donals or Buger King much.. I cant stand deep fried chicken.. I feel realy really good to have lost around 10 pounds.. And my clothes from last summer they are to big.. I tried my swimsuit on 3 weeks a go.. my top was sliding down and my bottoms were sliding down on my I was like no way.. I am going to get rid of it.. And no longer want them, (view less)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 180 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I'm leaving for fat camp on sunday. I am so excited! I really hope to be down to 160lb when I return in August. Then I am giving myself until new years eve to be down to 140lb. That way I can use January thru May to loose my last 10lbs before summer! I have been motivated in the past and i have lost a total of 60lbs in 3 years, but i always loose 15-20lbs at a time and put all that weight back on. It's hard to get motivated to start again, but I feel camp will make things a little easier to get the ball started. When i get back from camp, I only have 1 week until school starts. My plan is to run/jog 6 miles for that week. When school gets back in session, my plan is to run 2 miles before school & 2 miles after. On the weekends I would like to run 6 miles a day. Jogging/Running is my favorite type of fast result excersise. I am really hopeful and truly believe that this senior year in high school is where i will change my life forever! Seriously, if you go back in the Pre-Teen boards and search my name, tons of posts from me will come up. I just spent the past 20 minutes reading them over, and I'm pretty disappointed and sad with myself. Little Julia wasn't happy and wanted to change her life.. change the way she saw herself and the way others saw her as well. I feel the same way 5 years later. I feel so good and re-motivated to keep doing better! Sometimes I feel like I'm making no progress but then I see pictures of myself at 190 and look at myself now and can I just say I look freakin' hot! Haha! Anyway - I was thinking that we could have like a website wide goal. 5 lbs. And have it completed by either this time in august or at the end of august. It depends on what y'all think. If no one wants to do this with me that is fine! I think it would be great if we all shot to lose 5 lbs and encouraged each other along the way with tips, advice, and motivation! Let me know what you think, like when we should start it and when we should end it, or how much weight to lose, I think this could be fun :)

I even found myslef my clothes when I was 165 pounds a year a go.. XXL Junours are way too big on me!! I can almost fit a Medium Juniorus and Womens M. And I have two sizes to go to be a Juniorus S!!! I went from XXL womens now I wear a L.. I want to be a size 6, womens.. And Kids plus size from Gap, Sears, JcPenny, Khols.. Depends on the fiting.. Gap dose seem to have odd sizes on kids and Juniours.. I would go size up for somebody like my niece's age. Becuse they grow like weeds. I went to put on zip up hoodie light blue I put it on last night. I can get my arms out losely!!!. I feel a diffternce now in my clothing.. Jessica 15
