Ht. 5'3", Start: 142 lb, Today: 139 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 125 lb - Today: Ate cake, popcorn, AND pudding! Grr food is so yummy! But i did do like an hour on the treadmill and several "mini-workouts" (collectively 100push-ups,squats,etc.) so ya today not my best day but certainly certainly not my worst. Tomorrow ahead.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 118 lb - I sing while I have my I pod Touch is on, even I didnt have an I Pod Touch yet, I would write songs in my note books.. I feel wind blowing onto my feet, and running fast like the wind, it was a while back I weighed 162 pounds.. I dont weigh 157 pounds!! nah.. I eat more helahty, I gotta get back on my sccotor!! starting Monday!! I do not eat pop tarts.. Anymore.. And trsut girls lose weight slow then boys.. And boys lose weight faster then girls.. I know it is rather frusting.. It is better then nothing. You know, I talked to my male freind who I re met almost 4 years a go.. I asked him is that true? young lose weight faster then young women. He said yes. I was like that stunks.. I mean boys when they are 13-19 years like to tease. The girls.. Autsitc pre teens. And teens.. Are getting obse .. a 16 year old boy austic weighed 555 pounds. I distracted myself by going to the bathroom and doing squats and telling myself cake will come again..his is not the last cake you will see so skip it..AND I DID!!! YAY!!!!

I am constantly looking for motivational success stories and great tips from teens that are the same age as me. Ive always struggled with weight issues but I have always been active with swim, dance, bike riding etc. This summer I decided to kick it up a notch and go to a personal trainer 1-2 a week (this is the summer before i start high school btw) My trainer has taught me so much so here are a few things Ive been doing so far: 1. Eat ORGANIC fruits and vegetables. Organic is 40x more nutrient dense than normal fruit and veggies. *all food is better organic but AT LEAST eat organic fruit and veggies 2. Don't worry about eating less calories think about what kind of calories you're putting into your body. So stop counting calories and start switching from cookies to celery and from hot dogs to chicken breast. 3. MOVE! dont think of it as working out just movement! Ht. 5'3", Start: 263 lb, Today: 219 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - sooo i got on a standard scale and this is how much i REALLY weigh ^^^ . . . but im not gonna let it get me down cause i look alot smaller and i know the reason its still so much its because i'v been doing ALOT of strength training :) i have muscles now ! :D , iv been working really hard on my push-ups and sit ups ect ect for the navy training soo i know its nothing but muscle weight :)) im not mad or angry im going to continue working hard and making progress (^-^)

I told myself I dont need frnch fries, I can live without eating them.. It worked.. I was so proud of myself That I did not eat the frnch fries. My male friend asked me if I wanted any, I said no thanks.. I felt good of not having the frnch fries, it was at MCDONALS. I listend to music on My new I Pod Touch!! I said to myslef I got better things to do while just siting, I was like no food when I am full.. I asked the teens if they wanted to try my I Pod Tocuh out? they said we are ok.. I said that fine!! with me.. And I have more engrey to run now!! I ran into the doors!! I was like slow down.. It was crazy.. I am a fast runner!! I am still trying to get the weight off. If you teens, have an I Pod, or I pad, I Pod touch. I just got mine Saturday. The alumbs are a good price $9.99 or $7.99 or $4.99 For the less tracks.. My favorite song is The Power of the Cross if you a christan young man}young woman or a new christan.. It makes me cry.. We all mistakes of our eating habits.. And regrert it.. I have regrets.. I have done last year... And my old ways of eating are wrong.. Do not do it.. Just sing if you have the talnet to do, once I am collage one day. I will join a singing traveling group of course at a christan collage!!! in my brith state.. I never want to be 157 pounds ever again.. not healhty.. I tell my grandmother who lives 12 hours away 157 pounds is not healthy. For my hight body .. And frame, bones.. I always try to fix things that break... My grandmother said I am like my grnadfather who always tried to fix things.. Yes I like fixing things.. I fix my computer viress.. Several times.

I was running with the kids today.. Crazy, 4-6th grade kids.. I did volly ball and frisber.. With the kids. My chruch has been doing something for the kids for 10 years now. It is still going since 2008.. VBS.. I am very active with the kids and I am a leader. I looked at the pictures from last summer. I looked at myself a mounth a go. And even Yesterday. I was like I looked like a cow in the pictures I was the fat girl.. I look at them I hate them.. I do not want to go bakc to that path.. Now, I have come so far, and I srank from XXL Womens and now L in tops and bottoms!! I was so happy. I only eat their salds that have grilled chicken I do try to be carefull.. What I order.. I mean I am trying to reach my healthy weight goal!! and 118 pounds is good for my body type, frame, and bone type.. And my doctor said 118 pounds is a healthy weight for my body type and my bones.. And trust me it took me a while to get down from 157 pounds. I keep forgeting about the scale.. I want to be a helathy 16 year old!! I run faster. I havent ran that fast since summer 2006!! Now it is five years later. And I can run faster like the wind.. I do cartweels at times!! I do recmmand Tic tacs. They are less then 2 calores they are good for weight loss!! there are many favlors big pack. They are not that exavpeness!! try them out.. I like them a lot.. Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 172.4 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 135 lb - I was kind of discouraged. I just got back from a trip to New York City. I think I walked 25 miles on that whole trip but I did not eat good. I gained 3.6 pounds! But I figured I just gotta move on and start fresh so I can lose those 5 pounds by August 9. Wish me luck!

All my clothes are now a little snug on me now. My stomach measures 44 inches around. You can see my tummy stretch marks and my thigh stretch marks more whick is embarassing when I wear my bikini. Ht. 5'1", Start: 151 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - Ugh! I look really fat now. Im not sure of how much I weigh but my stomach and thighs have gotten really huge. I cannot button any of my pants over my belly. If I do the buttons look like they are about to pop. I cannot wear a large button down shirt because if the size of my belly. The buttons will pop on that. I feel horrible when I wear a bikini. My stomach jiggles when I walk. I eat healthy and exercise alot but I keep getting bigger and bigger
