Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - hey guys! this is my 2nd post :) (my weight isnt so accurate cuz 1 scale says 150 and 1 says 144) so first id like to thank u guys 4 commenting :) it really helps me to know that people care about what im doing! <3 u guys! secondly, heres what i ate 2day: breakfast: 1 bowl cheerios with 2% reduced fat milk, cup fruit juice, lunch: blueberries,banana, skim milk with strawberry stuff, WATER, oj, a few kettle cooked chips with cream cheese (i was suggested 2 try it) -its actually pretty good :), dinner: banana with a little pb, grapes, 1 whole wheat quesadilla with a little cheese, 3/4 bagel pizza, WATER, 1 cup 2% reduced fat milk. i think 2day went pretty well :) ...ice cream was calling my name all day but i decided fruit wud prob sound better- guess it works :) sabrina- keep up the exercising!!!"WHATEVER DOESNT KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER" im ganna post some tips and stuff i learned in a seperate post so people can read them easily without having 2 read thru all this! lol thank u guys 4 all the support! if you have any tips PLEASE comment! thanx!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 149 lb, Today: 149 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 129 lb - Ok so today went great!For breakfast i had 2 fried eggs with pepper,1 peice of toast with jelly,1 small cup of oj also i had a cup of hot black tea with 1 tsp of sugar and some lemon.For lunch i had the same thing but instead of oj i had 2 %milk and another glass of tea.in between i had a spearmint leaf gummie thing cuz my moulth tasted like milk.For dinner we were suppost to have garlic chicken but it never got made so i had a bowl of the knock off captin crunch if you compare tht to my post from the other day this is awesome!tommorow will be just as healthy im hopeing!Wish me luck!(also thxx for makeing me do 100 sit ups Aliza15 lol my stomach will thank me lol!)((also Ryan16 get to those crunches XD))

I guess if you write what you ate that day it motivates you to eat healthier so you don't look bad on the internet or whatever. So today i ate a bowl of cheerios with 2% reduced fat milk,a small cup fruit juice, a whole wheat bagel with a little cream cheese, an oreo yogurt, a "milkshake" (homemade)its the 2% reduced fat milk, bananas and a little chocolate syrup(no ice cream!!!), a small serving lowfat ice cream, banana, salad with dried fruit and lots of vegis, potatos, rice, WATER. it sounds like a lot but its really not bad... i hope :) Heres a tip that i learned to fill you up: for every bite you take CHEW 30 TIMES - ur mind feels more full that way!!! (i apologize for this thing's length)hope 2 write more soon!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 178 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 111 lb - heeyy theree :-) lol So today I had a physical so I could try out for volleyball and I was really excited because I could get see how much I weigh ( my scale in my bathroom is broken )and how much taller I've grown (I found i 'm actually a inch shorter than I thought I was I went from 5'3 to 5'2 :( ). My doctor told me because of my weight I'm at risk of high cholestoral, high blood pressure, and being diagnosed with prediabetes so they drew my blood to find out whether or not I have one of those. I mean I was already fully aware of that because of this website but tt really put things in perspective when you're being told this to your face. I gained some new found motivation and I really want to change my life for the better. I'm tired of saying I'm going to become healthy and not committing. I don't want to be another statistic, another overweight teenager. I truly want to make a change.Wish me luck the results of my bloodwork are coming at the end of the week!

I am be coming painfully shy because of my weight. I am homeschooled and lazy :P. I have a boyfriend and a girlfriend. My GF lives 4 hours from me and is the sweetest girl ever. She is also skinny and I feel slightly awkward around her. My BF is a few states away so we don't see each other much. He is also skinny, however he is TO skinny and won't listen to me about it so :P on him. Sooo....um yeah...I am starting up my weight loss stuff again in hopes of it working this time.I might even walk the 1/8 of a mile to my apmrt's little fittness room and use the treadmill while blasting A7X in my head phones. byes for now!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 260 lb, Today: 255 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 188 lb - The last couple of weeks have been good. So far I've lost 5 pounds and almost reached the goal I set for my self to when school starts which is tomorrow. I hope I'm going to be able to keep up the good work and not just gain it back like I've done many times in the past. I'm also super nervous about tomorrow because I'll be staring in a whole new school in a new city without any of my old friends.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 130 lb - So I'm the kind of girl who has a weakness for anything that screams CARBS. However, an even bigger weakness of mine is desserts. I love cookies, cakes, pie, brownies, tarts, and ice cream and anything else that may be considered dessert. This may be because I love to bake and I don't want to give up something I love but it can be hard not to eat the things I make. I have found a dessert that satisfies my sweet tooth without making me feel guilty. Skinny Cow ice cream sandwhiches. They're about 140 or 150 calories. Fat Boys are 220 calories...Even the difference in brand names makes me feel less guilty when eating a Skinny Cow. They're so delicious and so few calories I just cannot resist helping myself to one every now and again - I totally recommend them!
