Ht. 5'7", Start: 11 st 0, Today: 11 st 0 (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 9 st 7 - Hi all. Ok so here's my story. I was trying to lose weight but because of moving schools and what have you, I put on like a stone. However, my doctor believes I have an underactive thyroid so I am waiting for test results for that. Unfortunatly a side effect of an underactive thyroid is weight gain which is why i might be gaining when i eat right and stuff. I try to eat healthy but after a week i crash and eat chocolate and biscuits and loads of junk. Does anyone have any tips. Thanks xxx (Note: 11 st 0 is 154 lb.)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 104 lb - That the ideal weight for my hight, I been cutting portions, for almost a mounth now! I been on track for 2 weeks! I am so exicted !! laying around doing nothing about your weight, get up and move more, dont jst sit around and watch TV 3-4 hours, make a life style change! I am going to be at my Aunt's apartment Saturday, I dont know if it will be dinner or what? It took me almost 9-11 mounths to get to a size L Juniours and Missess, my goal is to be a size S , and a size 4 depends on how much I grow ... I used to eat like a pig.. I was like enough is enough I want to cahnge my life, I want to be a beter example for my 3 year old niece, I was like I dont want her to pick up my bad habits.. Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 165.6 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 130 lb - Last night while I was watching The Biggest Loser I walked on the tredmile for 3 miles and studied for my vocabulary test...can you say multitasker??!! Haha, I got back on track this week after I fell off the wagon last weekend. Feels good to eat healthy and exercise again.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 118 lb - What I do apples at times, I use an apple cutter, and I put the slices on a small plate and the peanut butter the ones you have to stir and a small glass of milk, very healthy, if you guys want something healthy with apples, no sugar peanut is better then skimpy. This the tip I use a lot Fall-Winter unitl early spring. April I stop, to warm by then. Try it, Jessica16.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 149 lb, Today: 146.4 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 125 lb - Heyy guys, so has anyone ever looked at there starting weight?It can reveal something your brain was telling you!like take mine for instance...i started 149lbs.My brain said 'Ok Sabrina,your 1 pound from being half way to 200,you should not be this weight untill your adult life!I am sick of me contolling an overweight body!GET IN SHAPE!'i was like alright,i can do this,i know i can!and i have never been over 150lbs and im happy i stoped before i was 1/2 way to 200.Now im going to get in shape starting with a couple crunches and a couple laps around the track!Any advice is welcomed!<3u guys,wish me luck!!!!(im sure gonna need it!)

No giving up! I like to run, I found other ways to help my strss sing! no binge! eating, I want to weigh 118-104 pounds, I would be a brand new young woman! I want to be the Jessica boom, I picture being 104 pounds. That what my doctor said for my hight, and frame.. I cant stand when kids-teens, just get lazy, and watch TV for 3-4 hours. I did square dancing for almost 3}1}2 hours.. Square dancing is fun. You will burn calories, I even noitced my face is better then I first started it gonna take time! I have a goal I want to wear some of shrits again, 14}16 girls, or plus, I just want to be healthy. I dont like when somone says 315- pounds is good, I love being fat. A good way to start the day without missing breakfast and a low-calorie good for you snack- the perfect treat! I can only post one right now so here it is: a cup of mango- its naturally sweet! a scoop of low fat vanilla ice-cream or a cup of low fat regular yogurt A cup of milk- can be regular skim, but to make it more yummy I use chocolate soy milk- SAME AMOUNT OF CALORIES! some honey if you have a serious sweet tooth but make sure its all natural and keep it down to a table spoon max. You just blend all that. It takes only about 5 minutes to make and if you dance while you do it you'll be happier and losing weight! I'm still on track with weight loss(yay!) and looking forward to my ideal weight. Well, signing off now. Hang in there ^_^

Ht. 5'5", Start: 157 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 118 lb - I'm making progress... slow, but steady. I was watching the biggest loser, the ending anyway, the other day and I thought WOW! I do NOT wan to be as heavy as those people. It's scary! I like to challenge myself to lose along with them, especially toward the end when they weigh the same as me. And guess what! I wasn't sitting while I was watching. My dad just bought a stationary bike and I had 20 minutes while watching so I though...ah, I'll burn 100 calories. And while I was watching TV I forgot I was even pedaling and at the end I'd burned 300 calories. I'm going swimming tonight... gotta get that body for swim gym, right? Anyway, hang in there girlies, I'm doing my best. I'll post AWESOME smoothie recipes a little latter. Any advice is appreciated.

How am I supposed to say how much I am/ how much more I should lose if I don't know that... 2 scales I went on said one thing and 2 others said another... I am either around 138 or 145 7lbs is a big difference! If anyone knows of good scale brands or anything... THANXX!!
