Ht. 5'3", Start: 240 lb, Today: 239 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - Zumba and Cardio kickboxing burn 1,000 calories an hour!! I did 30 mins of cardio kickboxing (Turbo Jam) and I burned 544 calories!! Im adding this to my daily or every other day routine. Try it!! =P

Ht. 5'2", Start: 193 lb, Today: 137 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 130 lb - heres the deal,guys, im pretty darn happy with the change in my body. there is nothing i truly hate about my body anymore...besides my arms. i have flabby arms and i have NO IDEA how to get rid of the things! i cant fit into cute small dresses and look really good in them...but my arms ruin it for me! its awful! pleaseeee comment on this and tell me if you know an affective way to get rid of falbby arms. i will take any advice, i need ALL of your guys's advice! please and thankyouu :) stay beautiful xoxox <3

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 104 lb - Obesty it runs from my dad's family, I dont want to be obese,in my life,2 type diebates,heart attacks, strokes, sleep anoypiona,diebecta, pre diebacta,I dont want them, I dont have to have them,weight loss surgey,runs in the family as well it horrible,you lose weight without surgey!!! it a waste of money, oh one thing, blood clodding,as well.My dad's family is to blame..I do plan on being extra carefull in 3 weeeks Christmass Eve,at lunch and dinner small plate with sald,small amount of dressing! no fried food this time I will pass! grilled shrimp little sauce, or none,big meals, muscles yum! one glass of soda and sing Christmass carolis, at the table,im way done being lazy!when I srink one or three I wil buy hair accessoriess! instead of food! Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 109 lb - I went to the doctors and found out I was 3 lbs slimmer! 5'5, 157! YAY. And then they said I'm actually 5'4. Then was discouraged when I realized how high those number really are :(. I cried and stayed home from going to the park with my family because of this. But then said to myself in the mirror "You've come so far already. Just keep going and you'll get to your goal weight." Pumped about my birthday. Need be 150 by December 30th. Ht. 5'5", Start: 147 lb, Today: 146 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 125 lb - Either there's something wrong with my weight or there's something wrong with the scale, one day I'm 146.2 and then the next day I'm 149 pounds then the next day I'm back to 146 and so on.... I don't know what's going on and I don't have my correct weight when I post a message, has anyone had this same problem???

IDK why but I can't stand when she talks to me about dieting and weight loss... Anyways... I'm homeschooled now because I was falling behind academic wise... but I'm getting into plenty of activities and volunteering more. I and GOING to weigh 112 by May if it kills me (JK) I will be at my goal weight when I go to back to school in August, Its my main priority. Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 112 lb - Blubber Buster is the BEST weight loss support blog I've ever been to. All you guys are sooooo supportive. I've lost more weight since on here then I've ever lost within the last 2 years of trying to lose weight! I've learned that when you want something really bad then you have to give your all out to get it done. Some tips: If you have a store or library close by you (Like 20 mins by walking) then just walk. I go to my local library every day to finish school work and read, and its a 20 minute walk up there and a 20 min walk back. I walk to the yogurt shop with my 15 year old sister a couple times a week and its a a 30 minute walk there and 30 mins back.
