I feel really good, I did a few yoga stretches a couple of minutes ago to stretch out my back and legs and I feel really good! My goal is to be 160 or 159 by the new year :) good luck to you guys!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 154 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 148 lb - I changed my goal weight, want to be 148 by Jan 1st. Had a great time at my friends birthday! Ate a piece of pizza for lunch and then a baked potato for dinner, no butter, little cheese. Had a tiny slice of cake, only ate a bite, it tasted really bad :(. I'm proud of my self because it was an all you can eat buffet and I only ate a piece of pizza and a potato. Once (1 year ago), my dad and I went to an all you can eat buffet and I ended up eating every desert in sight and had 4 slices of pizza. Ech! Wish me good luck! Trying really hard to lose 6 pounds.

I have put on more weight. i just cant stop, and i honestly dont know what to do. I have tried eating less but the food is so good, and when I am sad I eat. when I get home from school,i usually pretty much eat until i go to sleep. my mom didnt even notice that i gained weight, my stomach is so big now you cant even tell when i get fatter. i cant fit my pants around my stomach anymore so i have to button them under it, but then it hangs out and i dont know what to do to make it stay in my shirt. i fell yesterday in the shower and i couldn't get up and i had to call my mom in. she had to get my dad and my brother to help me get back up. i was stuck in the bathtub for... I took my dog Tess, a yellow lab, on a walk for a half hour and I think she walked me more than I walked her! It was good and I think I'll continue to take her on walks even when it gets cold because she definately helps me work up a sweat! Gotta love dogs! :)

Finally taking the first steps to becoming fit and healthy. Never going back to the 160's 170's. I could have become obese! I LOVE walking in the morning with my sis. Yesterday I had chef boyardi lasagna, a glass of juice, 6 hershey kisses (kinda bad I know but it was the only bad thing) and then for supper we had grilled cheese sandwiches and fries which I only had a small portion of. I am also drinking less sugary things. I am only drinking diet pop and I had 2 classes of juice today. I think ignoring my cravings has made them fade into the background a bit which is really helping me stay on the bandwagon. lol For excersises I have been doing sit ups (I have a cold so I didn't really feel like walking or anything. Also, since I have had my cold I was home from school the past 2 days because I needed to get some extra sleep (i was exhausted even though I went to sleep at FIVE... that is a sign that I definitely need a break lol) I really tested my will power because I usually over eat when I am bored/home alone/around a lot of food and i didn't over eat so I am so proud of myself :) I am so happy that I am seeing results, even if it was only 2 pounds.
