Ht. 5'10", Start: 195 lb, Today: 196 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 195 lb - A year ago, I was REALLY skinny (100 lbs at 5'2") Over the past year, I've gained 95 pounds and gotten 8" taller. At first, I didn't notice my weight gain, until my friends started commenting on it (they weren't being mean about it) and then I realized how much weight I had put on. It's hard getting used to the excess weight, and having to buy new clothes all the time is expensive and annoying. I'm not sure about what I want to do about my weight yet; I'm not ready to change my habits or alter my behavior yet. I feel healthy (even healthier than I was when I was underweight), and I look healthier (according to my family) than when I was underweight. Just trying to figure things out :)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 220 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - HEllo ALL!!! :d so i started back up and i am determined to have sucess now. My first mini goal is 200 BY then end of the month. because i kinda made a blood oath swearing i will loose 20 pounds by the end of may and well now i reall gotta get going lost 5 pounds this week and heres what i did, i A. ate 1300 calories on the dot :D b. ran/ walked 3 miles per day C. did round 200 situps nd D lifted a 15 pound weight 10 reps in 4 sets throughout the day to tone my arms. :D i am quite determined but i deff did not exercise today and drank mt.dew but ill get back up there tomarrow.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys I am so happy to lost some weight!! Yay. I went from 162- to 157 pounds I lost 5 pounds. I am only 7 pounds away from my first goal. I did not mess up on Easter which was unusal for me. Some of us who are just starting out. I am going to post my succecss this summer. I am not giving up!!! Best wishes at your weight loss. Guys.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 173 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 115 lb - Well, here I am. I'm 14 and fat. I have always been overweight, and I knew it I just thought I was just chubby-but I was wrong. I'm doing weigh-down. My mom and her friends and I started it last july. Her friend lost 50 pounds, my mom has lost 30 pounds and I lost 10 pounds....and then I gave up and started slipping up. And now here I am. I wear sweatshirts to hid my body. I know I can do it, but when it's time to eat I have no control.....please I need motivation....

Ht. 5'3", Start: 138 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 120 lb - I REALLY feel like giving up right now... I don't know what to do! I try not to let anybody know that I'm trying to lose weight, which makes it so much harder. I've only made small changes, so I'm probably not going to lose any weight. I eat a little less at each meal, don't take seconds, do some pushups, crunches, etc. everyday, but it just seems so hopeless! I really want to be thin, but I just am on the verge of giving up AGAIN! I was planning on being 120 by June 13, (the day we leave for our trip. Can I lose 18 pounds in about a month and two weeks? Probably not. I've only been going for a couple days now, not even a week, and I can't stick to it! How pathetic... My huge stomach and chubby legs are horrible. Out of school P.E. and home exercises, all I have is soccer practice, which I HATE going. I don't fit in there... If I were to continue my slightly changed routine, would I even lose any weight? help

Ht. 5'2", Start: 145 lb, Today: 123 lb (BMI %tile: 74), Goal: 105 lb - I'm not really overweight but I've struggled with my weight for so many years I guess it should count. I don't know how long I've been obsessed with it. But I really want to make a change, just like everyone else on this site. Last summer, I was 110 pounds. And as usual, I gained it all back. It's funny how you remember the number but not the feelings you had at the time. So when you're far away from that number, you wish you could remember what was going through your head at the time. How you accomplished it, what your drive was. I want to remember but I don't think it's going to happen. At times like these, you just gotta move on with it ya know. Try again as they say. I've heard so many people say "This time is going to be different" and in the end it wasn't. I want to say that, but I'm not going to. I also just want to erase all this and not even try at all. Ht. 5'4", Start: 230.2 lb, Today: 174.5 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I have been at the same weight for a while now oh i have gained a like2 pounds i just cant get up to work out anymore at home and i dont go to the gym anymore because i cant get up in the morning to go, and i havent been eating right,
I want to loss enough weight to feel better about my self and actually leave my house once in a while.

does anyone have any help/idea's for me such a healthy food and workout?
I plan to go to the gym tomorrow im ready to get this show on the road LOL i want to get in drama and back in swimming!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 138 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 120 lb - So I've been trying to eat a little less the past few days, and do things like pushups, crunches, etc. I haven't weighed myself so I don't know if it's working. 18 pounds doesn't seem like alot, but I keep dreading the moment where I give up, because I'm known to not stick to anything that I start. Ht. 5'6", Start: 190 lb, Today: 182 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 160 lb - Me? I've been overweight not too long... maybe 3-4 years and I HATE it. Im made fun of and laughed at. People really need to calm the eff down about weight issues, NOBODYS perfect. I just just started jogging and I have been for 2 n 1/2 weeks and I lost 8 pounds its gonna be hard for some people like me to lose the wait but you can do it! It helps if u have a friend or family memeber to motivate u jus sayin. (: Good luck to who ever else is trying.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 138 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 100 lb - Hi, I'm not that overweight, but I still want to lose a little bit. (My goal weight is not 100, I just don't know what it should be, 100 would be too skinny for someone my height.) Does horseback riding help you lose weight? I'm going to be doing that this summer and I'm curious. It doesn't seem like it, though. I'm obsessed with smoothies and I use ingredients like bananas, protein powder, yogurt, almond butter, strawberries, pineapple, honey, chocolate milk.... Does any one have any healthy blender recipes? I got a mini blender for my birtday so I'm wondering. I think that I'm taller than 5 3 which would put me in the healthy weight range. But anyone would say I'm a bit"puffy"... So, thanks and please reply!
