We're ordering Chinese food tonight...it's a new years tradition. What do I do? (Oh and btw, happy new years everyone!!) Today I've had about 300 calories so far, so does that mean I can eat like 700 calories of Chinese food? Is Chinese food high in calories, does anyone know the exact amount? I would guess it is since it's all greasy and fried.

hey everyone,im 5'1 3/4 inches (when you are short every little quarter inch matters)and 132 pounds. i know im not terribly overweight but diabetes and heart disease runs in my family so i really dont want to take any chances. ive been dieting and excercising on and off for 3 years and i really want to end all the drama of trying on clothes and crying when i get home because they dont fit me. my ideal weight is between 105-118 pounds. so i have about 20 pounds to lose. im planning to go on the easiest dietand excercise. im not going to eat any candy, junk food, fast food, or anything fried in oil, and im only going to drink water (because i dont want un nesscessary calories) for about 3 monthes. for excercise i am going to do toning for teens (its a book by Joyce Vedral) every day. please tell me if this sounds unhealthy.*thanks*

Hi everyone...over the summer i was able to get to a point where i actually liked how i looked and everything else but since school has started i seemed to put on some weight...i'm about 5'6" and about 180 pounds...i would hope to get down to about 150 by May for my junior prom...i'm a cheerleader and that seems to keep me a little bit active but it's kinda hard being a cheerleader...i stick out like a sore thumb :-/...if anyone has any good tips or like meal plans please help me out...i would greatly appreciate it! thanks<33

I'm 17 years old...5'8"...and 296 lbs. I know I have a problem. But we've tried everything. I workout, I eat reasonably, but the weight won't go away. My dietician thought I had a thyroid problem but no, that is not the case. I'm just fat. Now, don't get the picture I am this miserable, sad teenage girl who mops in her room becuase she is overweight. I am quite active and involved in school, and my favorite activities involve singing with my band and hanging out with my boyfriend and best friends. I am considering having a gastric bypass operation. This is purely for health reasons, but I am scared out of my mind. If someone has any experience or more information about this...please contact me. I've researched it, and have talked to doctors and my parents. hey everyone i have cut out soda in my first week of dieting and now this week i have been cutting out alot of chocalate cookies and most of the stuff that is bad for me im trying something i read on hear only eat fruit until about twelve to detox your body which i started today im hopping to lose around twenty pounds if you guys have and excersize tips especially for my lower stomach and my butt i would really appreciate it every one of you can lose weight just keep trying ~brit~

Hey guys! Well first off, happy new years. I bet everyone here has a new years resolution. And I bet it is 2 loose weight. Mine is too actuily. I want to be 115 by Feb. So I have 13 lbs to loose. Now..if u guys are like me...u will go on a diet one day then at night-time just cave in, and eat all the junk food you can find. BUT last night, I sat down and just thought to myself. I know I want to loose weight, but I just give in sometimes. And after I give in? I regret it. I'm sure most of you feel the same way. And you know what? There is nothing you can do about it. Absolutly nothing. So please just take control. Thats the only advice I have for you. The only motivation I have is my parents. I told them to be on my back about looseing the rest of my weight, and starting tomorrow they will be. I know this kinda sounds corny, but anyone can do it. Wether its 5 pounds, or 200....it can be lost. And once its lost? You will truely be happy. I promise.

Ok guys, heres the story. I am overweight and I do plan on changing that soon in a slow, healthy way and keeping it off but right now, I have a really important 'event' that I want to look even the slightest bit better for so I have to loose as much weight as possible in the next 3-4 days (without starving myself or throwing up). Just one thing to keep in mind, I don't have control over dinner because my mom makes me eat whetever she cooks. So, besides that, if anyone has tips on what I should do, please post them! Thank you guys sooo much and good luck with your weight loss as well!
