my new years resolution (along with 3 of my gurls) is to lose 10 lbs..im 5'6 and weigh 139...last year i was 5'5 and weighed 153 soooo as the years pass...i do lose weight just bc im more aware of the easiness of gaining...its really hard for me to eat right bc afterall i am a teenage gurl and eating unhealthy doesnt effect me as much..but im excited bc over the summer im getting a personal trainer to get me ready for track....bc i decided that6 years of being on the cheerleading squad is enuf for me....so imma try to switch sports up a lil bit for the rest of hs

my new years goal is to stop makeing myself fail. i want to exersize daily and get fit for tennis. i want to finally learn how to eat normally and healthy everyday of my life. i also am going to lose 30lbs before my graduation and trip to germany and definately before i go offf to smith college this fall. i know i can do it- i have so much motivation i juist have to keep it at the front of my mind all day long and take it one tiny step at a time. also, does anyone know how to train really well for tennis- endurance wise and all? i can't go to indoor courts but i'm willing to run up and down the stairs a billion times this winter is it'll help me get on varsity!!!

Hi Guys! It's the new year and you know what that means! Resolutions! I have one. For years, since I was in sixth grade, I've been putting off getting healthy. It started out I weighed 140 in sixth grade, then 190 in seventh grade, 210 in eight grade, now I'm 230 in ninth. I need to do something about it. It's a hazzard to my health. I don't want diebetes, or lung problems, or high blood pressure. I want to have a healthy body and be able to do things with my brothers and sisters. So, this year is definately the year of change. I'm going to walk Lake Hollingsworth three times a week with my mother and stepdad. And, when we recover from Christmas, my mom and I are going to go to Curves three times a week. I lose weight fast when I try. I lose 10 pounds in one week once. I'm excited about losing weight and feeling brand new. If anyone wants to be diet partners with me, you can email me at suicideromancebg@aol.com. Thanks, and good luck to everyone on losing weight!

you know what's something silly that helps motivate me to exersize? haha- sometimes i fake convince myself that there is going to be some sort of zombie attack or that i'm in this awesome adventure that i have to be fit for. like i'm alanna of pirates swoop from that tamora pierce series or something.lol. just a little something that motivates me! good luck everyone- i know i sound crazy but its all just pretend and fun...
