Hey guys what's cracking? I have a question if any of you GIRLS would know what it is so here it goes... I have always had big breast all my life when I weighed 410lbs. I was at an F cup well I got breast reduction and was at a DD well I lost 20lbs. and then they shurnk to a D, at first I thought humm maybe its just something with my body then I lost 25lbs. and they went to a C, I was like weird so I told my mom and she said your just growing up, so I lost 15lbs. more and then they went down to B so I went to the doctor and she said that for my body type and how I am growing up, my breat size B was not good at all and it could cause health issues, so then I went in for surgery on getting my breast back to a DD cup which the doctor said was right for my body so it was doing good at for about 5 month and then I lost 30lbs. and they shunk to a C cup and I was at 325lbs. for the holiday's... I have a problem with modivation. I mean, the work I can do, Im not too lazy or anything like that. It's just I can't keep motivated, I always think "oh well screw this" is there anyone that can give me suggestions. I've tryed telling myself " think how much it'll pay off" Nothing seems to work. ok well i just found this site an i think its great so decided to put my bit in here. im 5'2 and weigh 134, ive never really been extremely fat but always a chubby or slightly heavy girl. due to this since i was 13 i startd diets, but i bever kept them, or did them well.....i started fresh a new diet made by muah, and so far its the 3rd day and ive been doing great....eating breakfeast (fruit) snack (fruit) and an early dinner(goes along the line of tuna or chicken with veggies, while i drink tons of water all day. i feel the inches, no pounds yet, but its early in the game, oh yea and after school i skate home....so thats a 7 mile ride home in the sun with my books.....any advice?? .....im going to keep updating my progress

Hey! I have a quick question. I am overweight by about 30 pounds and have decided to go on a diet. My diet is that I eat nothing to 100 calories daily and exercise whenever I can. My friends are worried about me, and I don't know why. Is this a bad diet to do. I started it monday and i haven't ate anything in 2 days. I get really bad headaches during cheerleading, and it's hard not to eat so I always have to go away by myself when they all start eating. So is this diet ok?

hey! im not sure if i did good or bad! well..breakfast-bowl of vanilla almond cereal, lunch-yogurt (170 cals) and a 100 cal pack, snack-banana, and a pickle (only 5 cals) and well here's the bad part...dinner we ordered pizza! do you think it would be okay to have 2 pieces? that would add up to about 1400 cals. does it matter if the cals are in pizza or something like chicken if its the same amount?? i had basketball for an hour n a half too!

DID I DO OKAY TODAY?!?! 1 bowl of instant oatmeal....1 bowl of cereal....1 serving of chicken....a turkey sandwich....1 bite of a power bar....i ran 1.5 miles of stairs at school for cheerleading (sprinting up, jogging down) and did 20 minutes of abs...and had tumbling/dance for 2 hours

im 15, and ALL of my friends, and even everyone around me at school has a GREAT body, and are all skinny. and my boyfriend tells me im perfect, but i know that if i lost like 30 pounds i would look so much better, and that it would make him more proud to me with me. and i really just want to do it formyself. everyday i get down and depressed when i take a shower, look in the mirror, am changing, and see perfect girls. and i know the excercise and eating thing works, but its still hard.

I just turned 13. I am overweight. I weigh 135lbs. (More than my mom)I put on 40 of these pounds within this last year and about 15 since THanksgiving. I had to buy all new clothes in which my belly just rolls out of them. My butt is huge. I took a picture of myself and I have a triple yes TRIPLE CHIN. As i was standing in front of my mirror i saw there was enough excess fat on my arm it jiggiled. Today at school I had to unbotton my pants. HELP!!!
