hey guys i feel so awesome. I used to be a huge runner for like 5 months, but winter came so i couldn't run that much anymore. but today was really nice so i decided to go for a run. I ran for 60 min!!!! and i walked for like 30 min! i feel so good about myself right, running makes you feel awesome and lose weight, i suggest running as an exercise because it really works!

Well Lauren, nice to met you and know you gave me a reply or questions. I lost weight on being outside in the sun. Marching and doing exhibition which is a drill team sequence.I would stay about an hour in a half two hours maybe...in the sun doing all that and it was 2 hrs. times 5 days a week that's 10 hrs. per week in the sun.....i was mostly dressed in a short sleeve shirt white possibly and black or blue jeans. Sometimes if it was a little breezy or chilly i would wear a thin jacket. A red one too so i was sweating. But i was always moving but still eating my 3 meals a day. Another thing i did was i had quit drinking sodas. I have recently started drinking them every now and then which i need to stop. YOu have to stick with water juice and milk. NO SODAS! Without sodas you loose more. I would also have to walk or run to my classes so i wouldn't be tardy.I would walk a mile in the... It took me about a month to loose 13 lbs. and then it took me.....about 15 days to loose another 6 lbs. But i was moving and it has now taken me 2 weeks to loose 16 lbs. So i weight 191 lbs. Hey guys, I'm a 15 year old i probably weighed more than i ever did and even any of ya'll. I use to weight 226 lbs. Yeah i know alot. NOw i weigh 191 you all think that's too much because i do. I really want to loose the weight for my health not to get tons of bf's and stuff. I relaly do wish i can loose it before this April of 2005 i have my military ball because i'm in Army JROTC at school and i wanna be in a pretty dress and not look so big and everything. HELP! oh my gosh saturdays are the worst cause u dont have school so ur bored and u wanna eat...im cooping with it well but its hard...i did 400 crunches to take my mind off it. i wish losing weight was simple but its not and i have control over my body right now...and ive lost 5 pounds since tuesday...so i think im doin ok

One more thing before I get off. Has anyone tried the Grapefruite Diet? Someone of the board put the site to go look at. I know it is a fad diet, but it promises that you can lose 52 pounds in 2 1/2 months. Is that true? I dont think ill try it but im just curious.

i have a suggestion to all those who dont really like water. My mom found these things at WalMart. You put them in your water, and they taste like lemonade or whatever kind you get. they dont have any calories or anything. they help me drink more water! i just thought i would share that with everyone! my mom buys the WalMart Brand..Great Value i think its called. On the lemonade box it says something like: Sugar Free Lemonade. Also it says that one pouch makes 17 oz. I wouldnt go with that..unless you like lemonade really strong. we have 24 oz bottles that we have water in and it tastes perfect with one pouch for 24 oz! The box comes with 10 pouches and they are small so you can put them in your purse or w/e. anyway they are great!
