Hey guys a few days ago i put in that i am intering a contest to become a modle for a stor called Torrid I am answering the replys i got. I am 5'7 and weigh 192. Torrid has a website it is www.torrid.com. I am a plus sized girl which means to the person who does not know is a girl who can not fit in skinny cloths or the cloths u find in a regular stor like the Rave or Hot Topic. Normal cloths. Ok, question, is there something really wrong with me, or is this something i can fix? -- I can never do anything for a long time. I can run super fast, swim super last, do whatever super fast, BUT never for a long time. I have no endurence!! Is this something that i can "gain", or will i always be this way?

Hey everyone! I lost 20 lbs in 6 weeks...From having jaw surgery actually lol, well anyways, Now I am motiovated to lose more cause I am only 30lbs away from what I want to weigh. Anyone need a buddy?

hey, i know everyone is just gonna say "you need to eat more than that for the day" well..b:bowl of oatmeal (150) lunch-100 cal pack, banana, snack- banana. I ran 3 miles, had bball for 30 min. shot baskets for 30 mins, then walked a mile and did 200 crunches. for dinner im gonna have some chicken cord on blue and green beans. now, that only adds up to like, 900-1000 cals. so...can i eat more? how should i do it?

the plan for today is...breakfast-2 bottled waters and 1 cup of green beans (70 calories)...lunch-power bar and pink lemonade (around 350 calories)....dinner-ravioli....and imma do one mile on the tredmil and crunches...sound good?

Do anyone of u ppl feel sad or just want to cry when you see all ur freinds skinny like hell and ur not, or when u go shoppig with them and all the good clothes fit them perfect but looks really bad on you. Hi i need help and i weigh 135 and am 5'2 plz can sum one help me with some good diet plans cuz i can never stick to one and its really hard cuz every time i want to my ...... compares me to my friends cuz there really really skinny andi am not and i can't help my self cuz when i am sad i lovvvve to eat fatty food and it drives me crazy so if ther is anyone there that can help me plz do cuz i need to ~~~????~~~~ thanks

hey everyone. I just have a question. I know that people say not to eat after like 6 or 8 pm because it slows down your metabolism or what not..but I dont get home until like 9 or later, and theres nothing i can do to change that. Should i eat a bigger lunch and have a snack sometime after that and maybe just a fruit when I get home and forget about dinner? And I dont like the feeling of going to bed full so what should I do? thanks! im 15..5'9...225lbs

yesterday i woke up reallll late...went to a party and had like 8 crackers and a few strawberries for breakfast/lunch...then i ran 2.5 miles and did crunches BUT bc i haddnt eaten all day i binged and had a lil less than half of a pizza with the works like with all the greased up veggies :( but i went to the store and got power bars so hopefully i wont keep doing that...

Okay people you are going to love this! i have found a CHOCOHOLICS diet that you can lose 7lbs on in TWO weeks. It has been put as a safe diet as it is a magazine and you consume around 1300 cals per day. Breakfast: A toasted bagel with a thin spread of choc spreadLunch: Jacket potato with low fat baked beans and reduced fat cheese grated thinly over it. One two finger kit katDinner: Steamed chicken, huge portion of salad and a few boiled potatoes. A low fat sachet of hot chocoloateBelieve me, you lose weight and still get to eat your daily fixture of chocolate. I am on it and its great! Just make sure that you do half an hours exercise three times a week (good suggestions are swimming or jogging) and drink roughly five glasses of water a day.
