Hey, what are curls and what are crunches? Also, I keep seeming to eat like 700-900 calories a day, am I screwing up my metablism? I've heared that this is the worst number because it's not so few that you lose weight and not enough to keep up your metabalism, is this true?

alright... i had enough of this... i am trying to get down to 160lbs. i am 5' 7" 200lbs but people think i weigh 160 pounds! i have 20%bodyfat, 44 inch shoulders, 9 inch wrists, 40 inch waist, 19 inch bicepts, 18 inch calves... can someone tell me how the hell i can get down to 160 in two months?

I am doing this herbal thing.It is a bottle called "4.3.2.1. slim and detox" It is $30 a bottle and it's a ten day program Oh and by the way I am in Australia so the price may be different.If you have exercise and a healthy diet is worksIt quickens ur metabolism and detoxes you. U do the ten day thingie and then take a break for like two days and then start again.Oh and by the way it does tatse gross but you get used to it.

hey people i just have something to saystop worrying....bout what you gonna do...like counting calories and stuff...just start moving! stoping sitting in front of the computer start walking around! like if your watching TV and the commericals are on go walk around your house till the show comes back...little things can do a lot!!!

hello everyone,just to fill u guys in im really shy and i dont normally do this kind of thing. so here goes.... its been 7 yrs since my parents spilt up and ever since then i ate alot, i didnt want to be around people..as much. i gained alot of weight over the years .i really tried to loose weight over these years its been hard to keep it off.i have been really foused on loosing weight. i make good grades and have lots of friends now than ,i did.and my parnets have been doing great.the only thing is my weight ,is keeping me from really being myself.im not the person i want to be ...can any one give me advice on how to loose weight and keep it off? ....thank you so much!!!!

I descided to set goals for myself for three reasons: my b-day is in May, I'm going to high school nect year, and most importanly I'm tired of being overweight!!! Anyway my goals r: 1. It's hard to eat healthy at my school so from now on I'm just ordering the salad. 2. My parents ssay my biggest weight problem is eating a lot late a t night, so I'm not gonna eat oast nine. and 3. I am ptting a trendmill in the tv room so I can watch T.v. and still get a workout, has anyone tried these ideas? Do they work?

so- i've been eating a lot of fruits and veggies to detox myself today, i also just exersize for an hour(i didn't do the two hours today because of my messed up schedule and my financial aid work,grrrrrrr.) but tomorrow is where i really start the hard core workouts- i'm really pumped!

hiya! at the moment i seem to be eating so much! its all healthy but my appetite is so big! is this ok? ive alreayd lost 47lbs and i want to loose about 5 more before my holiday and about 10 more althogther. also my periods have stopped and doctor thinks its because of my rapid weight loss so be careful how quikly u loose weight! any tips about how to make my appetite smaller?! thanks xxx
