How bad is it to eat mashed potatoes? I love them, and I don't know how many calories are in potatoes. I know they're carbs so shouldn't eat too much but I know you're supposed to have some.

Hey everyone, I was doing so great! I even made it through the holidays, and then less than a week ago, I had the urge to binge and I did, and I have been doing it everysingle day. I always tell myself, ok I am starting a healthy lifestyle, I am going to lose weight. I try everything, Counting calories, writing what I eat down, I know I must have a binge eating disorder. Because I gain ten pounds, then lose ten pounds then gain again really quick. It is awful. Sometimes, I feel like I am alone, and helpless that I cant control what I eat. There is so much food in our house that it is easy to have. I mean it is not that I eat junkfood, I go to the healthfood store, I look at labels, and I eat healthy foods, but I eat way too much. Does anyone have this problem, can anyone help me?

hey everyone. this weekend i didnt do very well!! i started this diet this week..actually just cutting down and drinking plenty of water. I think ive lost some weight but i havent weighed yet. well yesterday i had a basketball tournament so i went to that, but before i left i had a bowl of apple jacks with fat free skim milk. I just had water through the tournament, then we stopped at subway on the way home. I had a club on white bread with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise(i know that is not good for you but i love it!) then we got home, and i had godfathers pizza!!!!!!! ahh! i only had 2 pieces..which i know is alot of calories but you know i already had it so i cant take them back now. This morning my aunt and uncle came so we had a big breakfast. Biscuits and gravy and pankcakes. I only had one pancake and a few buscuits with gravy. Then i had a sucker,,and a sandwich for lunch. well even though yesterday i weighed 13stone 12lbs i have since lost 1lbs lol now im 13st 11lbs i really happy because in 2 weeks i have lost 9lbs and i haven't really been dieting tht well, i have still bin having a little bit of chocoloate and not even exercising that much lol i think over last week i exercised 3 times lol im happy yay lol but this following week i am really really exercising and cutting out the chocolate  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

Hey!! how is everyone??? I have a question i need to lose about 45 pounds because i am in my cuzins wedding and i dont no if i am doing the right stuff!! ok i weigh 180 and i am 5 '3 but i wanna get down to like 135 by may or june first of all is this possible? and this is what i have been doing for the last week i eat like fish or chicken with veggies, tea with sweetand low or diet dr.pepper and of course water and i do 3-4 miles on the treadmill along with some weight training and crunchs each night is this enough??? ooh and sometimes i make a sandwich with healthy choice wheat bread and some ham is this ok can i meet my goal if i keep it up that is allot of weight

hi i weigh 190 and am 5"6 i have a medium sized stomach and would like to lose it and get muscle definition.i would like to lose 30 pounds but i wanna lose 10-15 by the end of april, beginning of may.i will do this by tryin to eat healthy and drink only water and try to run twice a week 30 minutes each time and just do a lot of cardio and some weights. if u can give me some adive i would really like it thanx.

hey i am new, but i have been on a diet for about a week now, and it is really hard to stick to it. today i had an apple for breakfast a salad for lunch and a slice of pizza. the dinner wasn't good, but would you say that since i ran for 45 minutes and did about half an hour of stretching it was worth it?

Carmela I basically told you everything I know except do alot of exercises and you have to stick to the diet 100% You can reward your self every two weeks to a month by having a small piece of candy or a can coke it gets easier the longer your on the diet I know I haven't had a coke in almost 2 months At first I wasn't sticking to the diet very well and was only losing a lb. to 1/2 a lb. a week but when I found out had a high cholesterol I had to stick on the diet 100% and it worked really well
