Hey.. im curious, i ordered a pizza from papa johns with regular crust, medium size, and with the pizza sauce , grilled chicken,and parmasan on it... ( NOTHING ELSE< NO CHEESE< ETC) .. how much less fat/ cals is this do you think than normal pizza with 10 g fat / slice?? it seems like fat free to me

im having a rough night. My xboyfriend wants to get back 2gether and im the one who broke up with him. Ill try it and see how things go. My diet isnt going 2 well. I'll try my best 2morrow, i need to get used to my diet. And I've had a ton of homework. I've got 2 tests on thursday. One of them I really need 2 study for. Ill cram 2morrow. Hi Everyone! Thanks! I just wanted to give you a couple of tips! A good way to loose weight is to go to a fitness club or even do a 1 hour tape at home, A good one is "Walk away the Pounds for abs" it's only a 15min workout and you can do it after you get home from school. Also I'm on a low-cal life style change, I don't really like to call it a diet, because the word "diet" to me means that it's temporary and won't last long. For every meal I eat 300 cals or less. A good way to loose weight is to replace 1 meal a day with a salad and you can put all the veggies you want, just go easy on the croutons. I also love the George Foreman grill, you should see all the fat that comes out of a hamburger. I hope I helped!

This is my... 9th day of the South Beach. Only 5 days until the really strict part is over...It isn't really too hard after you've been on it for a while... you just gotta be creative so its not TOO boring...But yeah, I think I've been doing pretty good. For me at leadst...Anyone else on south beach? Please tell me if you are/have been/did it work.Thanks and good luck everyone!

I feel that when i gained like the 5 lbs. back that i cant continue dieting like i was. Like today i ate for B was a yougart 2 blackberries, a piece of Light wheat and jam. then for snack before lunch i had like 6 pretzels. and then lunch i had to eat in foods class it was like a fruit filling tortilla. that is so fattening..urgh i am so depressed and stressed out lately. After school i am going to run a mile and work on legs and arms and then get home and do 6 second abs. and then eat dinner later. i feel like a failure. i dont know what to do ne more.

today was the one of WORST days EVER for me....i woke up and my mom made me 2 pancakes, i didnt eat them with any toppings...i had a nutregrain bar for snack....for lunch i had a piece of flounder stuffed with crab and mac and cheese then another granola bar for snack....then for dinner...this is the bad part...i had FIVE hard shell tacos with ground beef, shredded cheese, and lettuce....i had a 2 hour cheer practice today but we didnt do THAT many laps of stairs

if ya wanna loose weight on a regular basis and have people notice. then join a sport. like in the spring or something. i know b/c in the fall i did volleyball and it was everyday for 2hours after school(not during the weekend) that way ya don't have to worrry about exercising everyday and you just need to eat healthy.good luck!!!!!!!
