Hey.. today i had fat free hot choclate w/ fat free cool whip and ff cool whip mixed with ff yogurt and kashi cereal for breakfast ( 400 ) a pack of gum n a few candies (200).. and then when i got home a huge salad ff ranch adn ff cheese and croutons (200) and then a ff hot chocolate w/ cool whip ( 100) and then a bag of 94% ff popcorn with ff cheese on top of it (400).. but i had that at like 11 at nite.. but its still like 1300 cals and iw orked out is that okay?!! will i lose weight?

Hey guys I have a problem and I'm kind of scared to post it but I need some advice. WELL, it started last year when I weighed 140 and lost 20 lbs. Then at the begining of the school year I started to get an eating disorder. I dont know how or why but I will eat nothing and then eat a lot. No one knew about it because it doesent seem that bad. Untill today when my mom noticed 5 peices of pumpkin bread missing becuase I ate it. Then she was mad and asked why I eat a lot one day and like nothing the next....I was like, Oh crap I'm caught. I don't know what to do or to tell them if I have an eating disorder. Do I even have one? I would appreciate it if all of you could help me, and good luck with your weight loss.

below...that adds up to 50 grams of protein in my day! good right? so okay here's how it was.......breakfast-bowl of mini wheats, lunch-light yogurt, 100 cal pack, snack-banana, dinner-lean cuisine mac n cheese, green beans, dessert"-2 tbsps of peanut butter (to add protein) 1 reeses cup miniature. i ran 4 miles. did i do good or bad? i hate this cause i feel like i did soo bad. omg.

i was wondering if i up'd my calorie intake to about 1300-1400 a day instead of 1200 will i gain weight? and i was wondering what people ate for breakfast and lunch so i can get a better idea, and one more question does ne one have to 6-second ab machine? does it work for u because i have it also

hey, someone told me in my last post i needed more protein, so i had 2 tbsps of peanut butter, it was all i could think of, but its soo fattening. but after that i added up to about 1400 cals. is this good or bad?

hiya, im looking for someone whos been in the same situation as me or still is. i was obese and i have lost 46lbs, taking me from 191lbs to 145lbs which im sooo happy about but i still want to loose another 10lbs and im finding it so hard. i havent lost any weight in a few weeks now because at night when i get home i just feel so hungry and eat so much food. its not usually fattening food but its late at night and i eat to much. have u got any advice of how 2 stop me doign this? im also still not happy with my body and it gets me down even though i feel alot better. the fact that i cant eat what i want to eat really depresses me and i sometimes just wish i was thin and could eat whatever i wanted like all my friends! does anyone else whos lost weight still feel down? although overall im a happier person food and loosing weight is still ALWAYS on my mind and i hate it! advice or anything would be great! thanks xxx

I do not know how to lose weight. I want to lose about 60 pounds by summer. But I can't seem to find a diet or workout plan that doesnt use drugs, liposuction, or exspensive stuff to buy. I am really getting mad because I want to lose this weight but I just don't know how. If anyone could give me some advice on a diet where I can mostly lose inches but that is free and easy. I'm sorry I just have to share, I'm so proud of myself......I LOST 4 POUNDS THIS WEEK!!! And I wasn't even perfect! Two nights I went over the number of points I was supposed to have (points are for weight watchers) I just did more exercise than I usually do and it came right off!! HOW EXCITING!
