I dont undesrtand why i wont lose weight.. i 've been eatting the same as i did when i was really thin .. and excersizing the same.. but after i gained and went back to this diet, nothing works! whats with that??

hi everyone i am 5ft 4 i way 156 pounds and i am feeling really bad because some kid today at the store called my fat. if u have any advice for me or can give me some tips on how to loose some of this weight then just write back.

GOSH!! No matter what I do I can't stick on a diet! I hate this.. everyday i'll say ok i'm going to go on a diet and ristrict my calories the hole 1200 calorie thing i do fine untill i get home from school i'll go around and eat and eat and eat.. and then my mom works till 9 and my stepdad says we have to wait for my mom to eat at 9 so i get hungry throughout then and it's like haveing 2 dinners.. and I used to weigh like 162 at the beggining of the year but some how in the past 2 months ive gone all the way up to 180.. and i'm 5'5 and i just feel so depressed i wanna loose like 40-70 pounds! And i have no i guess..will power! And i need help! Ah im going crazy! I just want to loose weight but nothings helping...

yaya just finished running 3.25 miles yeah yeah yeah i feel so great! i burned like 300 calories too!!

hey guys i feel so awesome. I used to be a huge runner for like 5 months, but winter came so i couldn't run that much anymore. but today was really nice so i decided to go for a run. I ran for 60 min!!!! and i walked for like 30 min! i feel so good about myself right, running makes you feel awesome and lose weight, i suggest running as an exercise because it really works!

Well Lauren, nice to met you and know you gave me a reply or questions. I lost weight on being outside in the sun. Marching and doing exhibition which is a drill team sequence.I would stay about an hour in a half two hours maybe...in the sun doing all that and it was 2 hrs. times 5 days a week that's 10 hrs. per week in the sun.....i was mostly dressed in a short sleeve shirt white possibly and black or blue jeans. Sometimes if it was a little breezy or chilly i would wear a thin jacket. A red one too so i was sweating. But i was always moving but still eating my 3 meals a day. Another thing i did was i had quit drinking sodas. I have recently started drinking them every now and then which i need to stop. YOu have to stick with water juice and milk. NO SODAS! Without sodas you loose more. I would also have to walk or run to my classes so i wouldn't be tardy.I would walk a mile in the... (view more)
