I have a question for everyone... Does everyone really know what they're doing when they're cutting calories? Everyone does know WHY they do the things that they do to lose weight, right? I have a great analogy for this. If a doctor gave you a unmarked bottle of pills and just told you to take them, would you do that without asking why and what they were for? This is basically what seems to happen. People are given menu plans or are told to eat more fiber and protein, but do they really know what that does to the human body and why it makes you lose weight? I know that many of you may know why, but then I also know that many of you do not know. Remember, "Why" is one of the most important questions to ask. - neutral@thinkmore.cjb.net

hey guys. im jus really upset right now and wanna let it all out.... i know you all want to lose weight, but i want to PUT ON weight. ive jus come back from hospital as i have anorexia. im 5'1 and weigh 68. everyone wants to be skinny but sometimes ( like me) they take it too far. all you guys on here are so great that you help each other and encourage each other...i just dont want ANYONE to follow in my footsteps ok? i hope everyone reaches a healthy weight and becomes the happiest and confidnt they've ever been. everyone deserves to be happy you know. good luck...... xxx

hey everyone...today is saturday and im weighing in at weight watchers tomorrow. ok so before friday i did great.i was down 2lbs for bfast yesterday i had low sugar oatmeal and 2 slice of bacon then i had a salad for lunch and an apple then a frozen yougur then i had subway for dinner... that was all good. but then i had a carb options ice cream at the movies. then i split a soft pretzel with my friend. but then her mom took us out for ice cream where i had a kidde vanilla frozen yogurt (fat free). then today i had a 2 eggs scrambled, bacon toast and homefries (i know not the best but that was all i had till dinner.) for dinner i had salad some chicken with a side of broccoli and shrimp cocktail....do u think this well affect my 2lb weight loss? i didnt fo over 3,500 which is a pound... PLEASE reply before sunday

guys a few tips that have helped me... some people just talk and do nothing about it...but i think all u guys are doing good...u actually do stuff...and someof u ARNT FAT! i dont why u think u are! excersize daily eat healthy u dont have to go on those expenvie diets that dont help anyway and dont make goals that are gonna be hard to reach like 2 pounds a week i know it seems long but make a long term goal like a month like 10 pounds in a month i know it doesnt seem like alot but believe me ur friends will start to notice. if u guys need any help on losing weight...then email please strawberryhug89@yahoo.com and dont froget PLEASE DONT JUST STOP EATING. that is really bad for u... im 5 10 and 200 pounds im losing weight...really and all my friends are noticing...

hey ! gosh ive done bad lately! i mean, im only trying to maintain, but today i had a bananna and nutri grain bar for brakfast, a crackers and cheese lunchable (with a recese) and some cotton candy, and some resese slice things and for a snack i had another nutri grain bar, and for dinner i had 2 pieces of pizza and a bunch of ice cream and cake...gosh! i cant maintain like this, can i? and tomorow i have another party and ill be having the same thing!

Hey everyone my bday is in 26 days and ill be 16 I am hoping to loose an inch or 2 and fit into my school pants better by my bday and I am thinkin if I can do that then I will be SOOOOO happy so can u guys and gals with any advice for looseing inches I inow some stuff I can do to excercise but other then that I really dont need to change anything else maybe i need to change my eating habits at school a lil more and stuff and then ill be at my goal I bet you anything. well see you all later and good luck

all of these messages i read are about people wanting to lose weight fast. losing weight is good for your health but u really shouldn't put a time limit on weight loss. it will work out in its own time.
