I feel sooo depressed right now, I am so ready to have a boyfriend right now, i have a few picked out from school, but, i dont know I'm scared to ask them, last time i had a boyfriend was 2 years ago and he asked me, i dont know if i want to do the asking. Theres this one guy that i really like, he always cheers me up when I'm down and gives me hugs and hangs around me all the time, i can tell he likes me, but if i ask him, and says no, he might not hang around me or like me, i really Really REALLY like him! I weigh 230 pounds and it feels good to have someone there all the time. And today people were making fun of me in gym, grrrrr i hate them, I hate them i hate them! do you know how low you feel when you hear that?????? sniff sniff

Right here it goes, i kind of cheated today at tea, i kind of over ate, i know why. Its cause i didnt plan my tea well, so now i know my mistake i can just start fresh tomorrow, i didnt beat myself up about cause there was no point. (i made a mistake, everyone makes them)

HEY! I am at the weight i want..and i just want to maintain..so how does this day sound...breakfast-2 scrambled eggs, toast with jelly, milklunch-cheeseburger (school) fries, nutri grain barran for 30 minutes, and lifted weights...so i havent had dinner yet! But..im probably going out so if iget chicken or something..and a dessert..how does this day sound?? (breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and excersise)

Hi i'm Emma and i'm 14,when i saw 67% of teens weigh less than me, it made me feel bad. I've tried really hard to diet over the past year but it hasn't worked, my mum says she's worried about me but they say the scales never lie and according to them i haven't lost a pound. I often make myself sick, it makes me feel better but some calories are already absorbed by the time that i'm sick, so it doesn't work. I tried not eating for a week i dropped a few pounds but i added them again. I eat a lot when i'm bored and i'm a fussy eater so fruit etc doesn't appeal to me. I've tried excerise but i end up fainting. I'm starting school on thursday and the thought makes me want to just stick pins in my eyes. I'm really bad at P.E and i have to wear a nearly see through yellow tshirt. I have strech marks all over my legs. Anyone know of any good diets or ways to get rid of strech marks?

omg i havent been on here for over a month but anyway....well my plan was to lose at least 15 lbs by aug 20...in stead i only lost 7...now i'm back in school but i'm gonna continue working at losing 10 more lbs....please wish me luck guys and so that i will stay motivated especially now that im on campus....

Hi people,I visit this site often but never really post anything. Tomorrow and some days after that,my whole gym class will be weight lifting. I don't have any problems with that it's just my bicep is pretty fat and big (not too big!) I know that lifting weights builds muscle but how will the fat come off? Well were not going to be weight lifting everyday,were also going to be exercising in the weight room. I can't wait to exercise because the whole summer I just sat on the couch and watched tv. There was only one day where I walked to the park which is kind of far and I think I walked for an hour but when I came home,my feet hurted so bad. Also when I was walking I wasn't wearing an walking shoes. I was wearing these cheap shoes from Target. I'm very excited to come back in the weight room and the truth is I want to lose weight because I am overweight. I'm also the biggest in my gym... (view more)

hello! does anyone have any tips to stop cravings/eating 4 boredom...they r always my downfall! from now im gona try soooo hard, i joined a gym and i have a trainer so i have 2 work hard there. any help would b great thanx. xXxXx

can people be overweight because of a genitic thingie, cuz i hardly eat, and then i gain weight, and i'm sooo stressed out and sick and tired of being called nasty names

hey... i went to WW tonight....didnt do well. gained .8 i would have lost some cuz i was doing great but then i went away and gained...it sucks.... tomorro i plan on having WW rye bread with peanut butter-3 pts a glass of milk-2 and pineapple im gonna skate alot cuz my friends comin over and were gonna go street skate. and im waking up to go run for 20 minutes and im gonna do bowflex....for lunch im having a chicken caesar salad and that will leave me 14pts for dinner....how does this sound? please reply!

hey everybody i'm very happy with myself so i'm gonna tell you lol. today i woke up 7:00 (because i wanted to be good and tired tonight, so i could get to bed at a decent hour cause my first day of school is tomorrow) and then i watched some t.v. and ate a small piece of cornbread for breakfast with water. Then at 8:00 i decided to go for a run. i brought my walkman with me, and it was wonderful! most kids wen tback to school today, so there wern't any people at the field where i run, and i ran for 45 minutes straight. it was awesome. then for lunch i had a banana and some oatmeal. i felt very healthy lol. then for dinner tonight i'm having some pasta with chicken an tomato sauce with veggies, and i'm not on a no-carb diet, so for me, that dinner is really good. i decided i am going to change my habits completely, and become a healthier more active person. its easy for me at school cause...
