Hey! I've been here numerous times but for short spurts. I really need help. I've been trying to lose weight and get down to a nice 115-120lbs for about 2 years now and I just keep gaining more weight! I am at my highest weight of about 150lbs and I'm 5'5. Please help! I know that I should drink water, exercise, and eat healthy, but it's really hard for me. I exercise A LOT! I just overeat all the time. How long do you think it would take me to lose 30lbs? Thanks.

k, this is going to sound a little weird, but does anyone know which is better? eating no sugar( candy, dougnuts, etc.) or eating no carbs (breads and stuff?) thanks

I hate my life , i am never going to lose weight , i am never going to succed , i am never going to be a champion swimmer , i am never going to be who i want to be......... *sniff* nothing works for me. schol is starting and my life in hell is . i hate school it is a torture to someone as fat as me. i have to walk alot and wake up so early oh i wish it got burned down to pieces... *sniff* I wish i was like my little cousin , she is just 11 and she has alot of confidence and she doenst care if she fat. hey everyone.. im going on the 1500 cal. diet and im going to be exercisng and drinking only water.. and maybe 1 diet soda a day... and eatn more veggies.. and at the most one junk food snack a dayy not even that i hope its going to be great i wanna lost 50-60 lbs by June-July that 11 months i know i can doo itt!! wish me luck!! again.... im going to start off fresh on Mon..! xO RIna

hi. im annie and i weigh 260 and im 5'5. my belly and thighs are huge and have stretch marks everywhere. my belly hangs over my pante about like 6 inches. im only 14. my belly is so wide and sticks out so much that i have to have certain desks at school cause i cant squezze in. it sticks out atleast 2 feet:( i need to loose 100 pounds. plz help me. i keep gaining weight. over the summer i gained 40 pounds. i never can wear the same clothes for 1 season. please help me. all i do is lay on the couch and eat but i cant help it. am i really fat or obese. plz help me and tell me what to do and TELL ME THE TRUTH ABOUT MYSELF. well...I start school tomorrow morning. I think I'm like 129 pounds...so I guess that's good. I wanted to be 125 by school but I didn't get there so I'll just have to make the best of where I am now. School might help me lose a little more. I will still look great because I was 147 so I'll go back a little smaller..not as small as I want to be but oh well I'll deal.... I want to get to 115-120 pounds and stay there...I'm only 5'1" so I think that that will be a good goal for me. well wish me luck on my first day. Good luck everyone. Chels

I'm writing another thing but, i wear a size 18-20 and going shopping for clothes is the hardest thing in the world! I hate JC pennies and Sears! all their clothes look like what old ladies would wear! especially when i want the jeans i want and cute shirts and i hate looking at the Juniors section, i get so down when i glance at the really cool clothes, i really want abercrombie and all that kind of stuff, i shop at Fashion Bug, Lane Bryant, and Gordmans for that 'teen' look i want, any1 have any suggestions on where other stores has teen clothes that will fit us? Thanx

Hey guys Im 15 and i am 151 pounds and i am 5'6 .... i am ok with my weight for the most part except when i want to wear cetain clothes or when my but or stomach look too big in things that is when i get down a bout my weight i mean i dont eat great but i eat ok and i am a x country runner and basketball player and a track runner what more excercise can i do i also work out after each of my practices with weights and i run on my spare time i cant thinkof any way to loose these extra 20 lbs unless its my eating habits.... can anyone help me with it ??? anyone have any suggestion or a meal plan for the week i could use?-thx-

someone insulted my weight loss idea and said it was unhealthy. I lost 25 pounds on this diet. here it is:okay, for some of you, school has already started, for some it starts soon. I found last year that my diet plan works. This year i am starting high school and all my classes are 1 hour and 40 minutes long. sooo, i thought that i could update my plan: breakfast: slim fast, a fried egg, or somthing else small lunch: bring it, its easier, and pack fruit, some low fat crackers, and a breakfast bar, or slimfast bar, or something else with nutrients snack after school: fruit or some low fat/no fat very little butter popcorn. its good and not TOO fattening. I'd still suggest fruit instead Dinner: slimfast mac and cheese is pretty good, or have a well balanced meal. make sure you have some milk or some calcium. as for excerisze, just work REALLY hard in p.e. class.
