Im 5"6 nd 142 pounds now. used to be 162. i lost 20 pounds but people still call me fatty and other names. it says im at a healthy weight cept it doesnt make sense. i lost weight, but i still fit right into the clothes i used 2 wear!!! if i lost weight, why do i still have huge thighs, stretch marks, a big double chin, nd people r still staring how big i am? i would love to lose 10 more pounds.

Ok, here's the problem, I'm 14 years old, i weigh 230 pounds, i recently shot up 10 pounds during the summer and you can tell i've gained weight cuz my jeans are really tight. I'm so scared that I'm never going to be a healthy weight and look good, i cried one night to tell you the truth, I've been in Karate for the last 6 years, and I'm starting Cardio Kickboxing with my instructor, and during the fall she's making me run track with her every Sat. morning! I havent had the chance to go on a diet I've been soo busy and every time when i eat something fatty i say to my self, "youll burn it off in class tommorro" and i end up eating donuts, pizza, chips, ice cream, that's my normal meal, if you can believe that. I dont feel good everyday about my self, i want to skip meals but the other side of me says you cant cuz it slows down your metabalism, and thats how u gain more weight, i know... hi everyone, I just want to say first on how happy I am for everybody who has lost weight and is losing weight right now. So now I want it too be my turn to lose weight. Ok I am on the volleyball team adn that has helped me out (I thought) but the scale says taht I have gained about three pounds. and the thing is when I get home from practice I don't want to eat. So then I don't eat lunch but see then the thing is is I don't eat that big of supper at all. So some days I have breakfast adn than that is pretty much it. I excersise every day (at volleyball practice). So really I don't see what I am doing wrong. We do 10 times around the big gym (and let me tell you it is a pretty large gym) than we strech and then do crunches, (both sides and then the we do the regular front ones.) than we do sprints. Is it that I am not eating enough or what. I didn't ever think I would say " do I... im about 5'6-5'7 and weigh about 240 lbs i keep trying to loose weight and iv started to exersice some more ..it gets really hard ....i lost alot of weight this week but then in one day of messing up the scale said i gained my 10 lbs back that i lost in that week which i didnt think was possible but i was really happy..iv cut out alot that i eat and am not pretty much just eating grains and if i want bread its wheat i eat tons of fruit and veg but i cud drink a bit more water the only meat i eat is white chicken breast or fish and i dont use butter or mayo or chese or anything are there any other tips for eating right any of you have?... and what about easy exersice tips that i could start out on thank u all so much ..i need all of your help for this

Hey Guys! I am making a goal to be 125-130 by Christmas which is 4 months and so many days away. I am 150 now and I am really working my ass off. This last 20 pounds is a pain in the butt to get off. okay, i need help and you guys are the only people i can trust so, i think im anerexic but i don't know for sure, im never hungry like sometimes i am like sorta hungry but then once i start eating i get ful really fast and if i have not that many things to eat in a day i feel like i ate a lot. Do i have anerexia im really not knowing if i do or what im so confused?! and sometimes i eat bc i feel like it bc i have nothing else to do but then i get ful like right away so i thought if i do eat bad foods the next day i can just not eat anything or only have one small meal, but i really need help i so don't know whats happening to me and if i have enerexia, and is anerexia a disease? k thx so much~girly!~

Ok this might sound stupid, but i am not really sure. Ok some times after I do crunches (like a lot) or lift something heavy for a while i can feel my abs/muscels better than usual..for like a few hours, or the rest of the day. But anyways is that immpossible, and if it isn't seeing as i can feel a difference, does that mean that people could see a difference...just for that short bit of time after i exercise?
