Thanks for the help. It is very hard for me to keep on a diet, it is like a yo-yo. My weight would range from 176lbs to 180lbs weekly. I will take your comments into consideration with atleast 11 bottles of water a day. The problem is though, I have 16% bodyfat. I do not think I can lose 40lbs and be able to function, I'd be sick. Anyway I can abvoid this?

hey everyone. my mom bought richard simmons rockin to the oldies 3 lol but i put it on and its really fun and it is a real workout. i waited until my parents and sister were out of the house...then i popped the dvd in...and i just danced and danced and i could not stop laughing at myself. it was really fun and its good exercise. my friend wants to do it with me so that should be really fun. plus on the dvd there is a section thats success stories...and its so inspirational! theres a 12 year old that lost 30 pounds, and a 27 year old who lost 180 pounds! all from adding that extra exercise in their day. anyways...my point is...find an exercise that you like and thats fun! i am excited to dance again today lol! but for some reason i dont like doing it with my mom or dad in the house. theyd probably think im crazy cause i can't stop laughing while i'm doing it. and after you do it....you... Not to get off Subject but um Ashlee and Ryan are still together, he said that last week on TRL. And I think it is alittle rude to say "Ashlee Simpson sucks"~Jerricha. She doesn't have the greatest voice but her songs are pretty good. You try being in that buisness. People on this site can be really rude. Kaitlyn you know what I am talking about because of the whole carb thing. I don't know if you ever read my response but there were like 5 other people who were offended by it. Grow the hell up.

yesterday i burned 1700 calories by doing 1hr. tabo advanced vol.3 live, 450 calories burned on workout mode on ddr, 100 crunches and a 20 minute walk. with my bmr(basal metabolic rate= the amount of calories you burn through the course of the day while at rest) at 1500 then i only ate 1000 calories yesterday(which i don't go under 1200 very often so don;'t worry) then i'll have burned off 450 calories more then half a pound- that's 2200 calories burned more then consumed. i hope i do as well tomorrow and then the day after i won't have much time other then an hour in the morning because school starts. i'm still at 145- i haven't lost any this summer because i did awsome exersize but ate a lot of junk so i'm planning on finally getting to 125-130 by the end of the year which is what i said last year but after losing 30 pounds(though it took me a LOT of time) i know i can do it if i push ... A lot of people are complaining to me because I nicely asked someone to keep this board (which is specifically for discussing weight issues and RELATED topics) related to what the board is made for. I'm sorry if I came across mean or rude or something but I still believe that we should use this board for its intended purpose. *Ray*Ray*
