Hey it's me again. I am 13 and I am like 155-160cm tall, and I weight in the 50's (kilograms) I want to loose a little bit of weight. And AS i told you before.. I am just going t oeat healthy and get good exercise... I train for netball twice a week and I play 1 game a week. My mum says I need to get more fit so I don't tire so quickly in netball so she sugests Irun around the block the days I don't train so I am going to try that and eat lots and lots of fruits and veges and hopefully i will be able to acheieve what I want to. My mom is going to weight watchers today! I think she is going to reach her 50 pound loss and I hope she does. I have band pictures today and we have to wear this ugly uniform, ick! ne way, I have had 330 calories today and I am going to excersize for about 2 hours probably. I gave in and had a oatmeal pie! woops, but I counted it into my calories. I am going to get more strict, I need to lose 2 and a half pounds and I need to get off this plateau and stop eating all the time! help somebody!

im really curious-how many cals would be in a banana muffin? (no walnuts added) I've looked on a few sites but have found nothing.Please,if you know, post! im addicted to them i've already had two today and yeah i wanna know the damage im doing here, calorie-wise!Britter

Look anyone who is on a diet or is going to go on a diet. FORGET IT! Diets may help you loose weight in the short but in the long run there pointless. If you want to loose weight just eat healthy and get active. Eat lots of fruits and veges. and try to eat less fat and sugars and u'll be doing good. good luck to all of you..

I went to Applebee's tonight for dinner, and had about 3/4 of the full size Oriental Chicken Salad. I can't find calorie info, but I know I had dressing on the side, and only put a tiny bit on. Then, though, I had that carmel cheesecake thingy. I haven't had anything but water for the rest of tonight to try and make up for it... I hope I didn't screw up too much.

Hey my mom and my moms friend and I were talkin bout weightloss and my mom said she doesnt know a teenage girl that is as muscular as I am and said if i loose 20 pounds which would bring me to 164 that I would look good because of my muscle but I dont no. I have said before I only want to loose my stomach and a little on my thighs and that will come off my family is getting a membership to the civic center and it has a pool and like treadmills and stuff so I am hoping that will help and I am goin to cut down on the junk I ate if I dont eat till dinner and eat nothing after dinner I would have controle d myself pretty well today. So I want to know if anyone knows if I would loose like 2 sizes by looseing 20 pounds and stuff cuz thats my goal is to appear slimmer but maybe weigh more and not look fat and weigh less. Well thanx in advance. Oh Yea by the way I will be 16 september 30th so I kinda want to be like 10 pounds lighter by then and be a size down by then to do any one know if that is possible? Hey everyone today i had a total of 1,340 calories .. I walked for about.. 15-20 min i was going to walk longer but i got a blister on my ankle from where my shoe was hitting my ankle lol soo tom.. ima walk more and im going to do 100 situps a night and.. my arm workout with 5 lbs weights and diff "stretching" workouts I got out of magazines.. So how do yall think I did.. also i didnt drink much water today.. i drunk about 10 oz of sprite and 2 cans of diet mt. dew.. and 4 (8oz) of waterr.. but tom. im going to strive for wayyy more water.. no SODA okk thank yall! leave 1

i finnally got rollar skates!!!!!!! o yea!!! i got tehm at savers for only one dollar!!! (it was a green tag sale) they fit perfectly too!!!!!! how lucky is that??? i rollar skated for abut half an hour today, im really bad at it but im gettin better!!! too bad my mom wont le me go on the road so i hav to go bak andf forth on our patio.

gosh! im doing so bad! lately...because i moved in with my dad and you know...he doesnt cook! so anyway for breakfast i had this banana nut bread loaf and some milk (alot of calories! the bread had 420! the milk was 150!) then for lunch i had peanuts and a cheeseburger, then i had a piece of this apple pie stuff. but for dinner im determined to have just a weight watchers and im gonna run 3 miles! im going to do it! how do you think i did...with dinner? and im gonna do crunches, lunges, and lift weights!

Hi, my name is Jeff! I am overwieght. I have started a job seel cvars. Needless to say my wieght keeps me from meeting my quotas. My belly hangs over my guts so bad, I can't clip my toenails and my rearend is bigger than a bus.I've trid all the plans, and nothing works. I look ridiculous in my orange spandex's. I am at my wits end, with my fiquare. I can't get date. I tried a veggie diet but that made my breath smell rancid, so I gave it up. Help me please!

well schools about to startand i've gained all my weight back that i lost but thats ok im going to try to get up before school and do walk away the pounds in the moring and to a ab wrokout before i go to bed and eat less school starts aug 31 for me and i have to go get year book pics taken on the 25 and go get my schucel wish me luck tanks
