hey- i've started jogging and i can only do it for about 15 min. straight. what i was wondering is, is there a certain way that you should be breathing? in your nose- out your mouth and some sort of slow pace- as fast as you can breath- light- heavey???

today i started weight watchers and im really excited to get back into it... i didnt do too well at lunch... i had a blt and diet soda but then i had a strawberry ice cream bar (200 cal) and half a cherry coke. then i had a nutrigrain bar for a snack then i had chicken and veggie stir fry for dinner with 36oz of water. and no rice! then i had a nectarine and im gonna have a mini bag of 94% fat free popcorn with more water. and i walked a mile and skated. howd u think i did?

ok im posting again. this is not weight related but my parents dont understand ANYTHING i hav 2 go thru. they wont let me shave my legs and im almost turning 15!! people in my gym class ( im in a co ed gym class) stare at my legs and both boys and girls get grossed out. they think i shouldnt shave my legs till like im in college

if I lose 2 lbs a week, and there is 4 weeks in a month, 4 x 2 = 8, there is sept. oct. nov. dec. four months left, so 8 x 4=32. I hope to lose 32 lbs by the end of the year. so if I weigh 150 lbs. 150 - 32= 118, But I will be happy even If I get down to 125, So my main goal is to get down to 125, but anything below that is good enough for me :)

Once again i'm starting another diet. This time imma try jus cutting back and working out. Anybody think pasta(spaghetti) is OK to eat in portions on a diet? My work out plan is Taebo 30mins(take off sunday bcuz taebo is a killer) walkin 30 mins(everyday) situp tape 15mins(everyday) and ARM tape 15mins(every other day) TELL ME WHAT U THINK!! :-)

(im not the same person below)hey im wondering...i'm getting closer and closer to my weight loss goal (about 5 pounds away) and i want to know if it is ok for me to still visit this site when i reach the healthy weight range. Hey everybody well i finally got off my plataue, ive been doing atkins for about a week and half, weight training 3x a week and aerobics 3x a week, and i was 187 now im 180 YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYA!!!!!! IM SO HAPPY LOLOLOL its takin me 6 months to get off this plataue now i only have 15 more lbs till my weight goal and i will officially of went down from 235 to 165 yayayaya god u have no idea how happy i am

i was doing good on atkins cept i blew it yesterday. there were some family problems nd i cried alot and i turned to food! not onli that, alot of food..... with alot of carbs. i ate cinnamon rolls, hot pocket, donuts and other stuf. i cant blive i ate that much. i was so full but i kept on stuffing myself even tho i felt lyk throwing up.

wahoo! i am going to a new school which is for depressed kids and theres only 16 kids there!! w00t!! i hate classes with 32 kids like my old school.. This is going to be great!! also i am joining weight watchers in 2 weeks!! hola!!

Hey everone! Today, I joined weight watchers, and I love it so much! It was so much fun, everyone is so nice, and are so funny. I was laughing. It is really great, and everything is so simple. I was nervous joining, but they were so friendly and welcoming. There is one lady that works there, she wears a nametag, saying she lost 108 pounds, and there were two other girls who got a gold star, they lost 50 and 60 pounds. The cool thing is that once you get to your goal weight, you can become a lifetime member and dont have to pay anymore. And still attend meetings and go in for weigh ins. So I am really excited, and I will keep you posted on how it is going.

hey can anyone gues how many calories i had ? Since we went to chucke cheese for lunch with my little cousins i just had an individual size pizza with hand tossed crust and i said NO CHEESE so it was just the crust, grilled chicken, and pizza sauce.. then i put parmasan cheese all over it!! good???

Ok heres my shedule.. I know its not really healthy but ima work on it...B/F-- turkey and cheese sandwitch.. with 1 tbp butter bc its like a grill turkey and cheese-- 275 cal.Lunch.. im in school and we have a consession stand.. so ima eat a chickfila sandwitch..- 570 cal. and a bag of baked fat free chips-- around 180 cal.LOTSS OF WATERRRRRRRR ALL DAY LONG..Supper- Salad about 300 cal.,ORRR Soup 175 cal. or no more than 500 calorie meal .. im goin to eat something healthy for supper.. ima workin on it.. and about 10 glasses or more of water a day.. all ima drink is water. not even diet soda.. Total Cal.. no more than 1500and also im going to be doing 30-60 min of cardio a day.. (walking at a med. pace) and my situps 100 a night and im going to try to do 100 crunches too and in my post before im goin to be doing my arm workout with 5 lb weights.. and some workoutss liek stretchin i got out of my magss.. kk tell me what ya think..!..

=( I am feeling really ashamed of myself right now, in 10 days i have gained 10 pounds. Everydayi start off doing good, then i screw up really badly. In this last week i was aiming to lose some more weight because my sister who i haven't seen in 7 months is coming tomorrow and i really wanted to her to notice. Oh well, hopefully she will notice the now 15 pounds i lost (i was hoping it would be my 25 or even 30. I am soo mad at myself for just letting myself fel like this. One week till school starts, hopefully i can get back on track for that. Good Luck to everyone else back there!

hey. umm... question, i just started school heres my meal plan: b-1 bowl special-k cereal, water l- 1/2 turkey sandwich, yogurt, and water d- this is my problem area, i always am sooooo hungary after 2 hours of volleyball, and i dunno what to do please...i need help! lol! please respond asap! thanks!Vic

Hey guys. Hope everyone is doing well with their weight loss. I've decided that I'm going to start running so that I can be healthier, toned, and stronger. I'm going to do it every other day so that my muscles have time to rest, and I'm going to start tomorrow. Wish me luck guys! I'll keep you posted on how I'm doing. Peace!
