hey! how many calories is best for mainting weight? for breakfast i had a fig newton bar (130) and milk -150...for lunch i had 2 slices of turkey (60), a nutri grain bar (140) peanut butter ccrackers (200)and milk (100) and for a snack i had a bannanna and a nutrigrain bar (240). and for dinner im probably having a weight watchers pizza (400)...so how does this sound? too much calories for maintaining??

It's 5'o clock and so far I've had less than 400 calories, not bad, huh? I had oeatmeal for breakfast (150 cals), 3 and a half rice cakes for lunch (80) and a yogurt for an afterschool snack (150). I'm trying to decide what to eat for dinner and stuff. Do I want to try and stay under 500 just to see if I can do it? Or do I want to get more because ppl say it's bad not to eat enough. How much do I need to keep my metaalism fast?

i'm so excited!!!! we had the swim team meeting for my high school last night. i'm so happy that it's finally starting. i am so sure that i will lose weight once it starts in october, maybe even before that when we're having the swim clinic to get in shape. plus i'm going to keep doing my weight training routine and my diet. i'm sooo happy!!!!!!!!!

Hey GUYZ! No one every replies to what I say. But I reply to all of yours so please to be a favor and reply to mine. Thanks that would be fantastic.I really want to just loose some weight. I want to be healthy, eat right and exercise right. I don't care what people say about my weight aslong as I know I am being healthy as well as I can. I would love to be as slim as somme girls I see but maybe that isn't me but if ieat right and exercise well. I will classify healthy and that is all I want to be so I fee lbetter about my body not all about how it looks but what I feel inside and see inside. ok... ok, just today i weighed my self for the first time in like a month and the scale said 235 and just a month ago i weighed only 230, I am getting so depressed, and i really like this guy at school and he really likes me but i am getting fatter, it's so hard to go on a diet when school starts, because you always get pizza or a cheeseburger everyday. I wanna do the salad bar, but the problem is, is that my friends say they will never go to the salad bar, and we always end up in the snack bar line so i'm thinking about just eating a thing of fries or something everyday. cuz I'm too embarresed to go through the salad bar. ~very sad~ ;(

I am about 5'7 and weigh 148. I am overweight by about 15 or 20 pounds. I need to know if i am losing weight on this diet.
Breakfast: 1/2 cup of grape nuts with a handful of soy nuts with 1 cup of 2 percent milk. 1 hard boiled egg (no yolk).
Lunch: 1 small sandwich, grapes or apple, handful of chips, and bottle of water.
Either 20 mins aerobic or 20 mins of muscluar training every day. (i alternate)
Dinner: Whatever (but usually lean meat or fish - something low fat)
No snacks. Also, i drink 6 bottles of water a day and aviod soft drinks. I am in middle of growth spurt and am developing a 6-pack and my biceps.

hey! i got to the weight i want .. and i want to maintain it...but im not sure what the best way to do this is...here is my day...breakfast-bowl of honey and oats cereal, lunch-spaghetti and bread role thing with milk. and then i had a lollipop. and for a snack i had a piece of cake, and for dinner im having fajitas. well im sure it isnt great, but i ran 4 miles, walked 1 mile, and i did 30 lunges, and some other leg workouts! so how does this sound?

Today was horrible.. I TRIED ATKINS.. BUT I DIDNT MAKE IT I FALIED RITE ABOUT 3:10PM WHEN I GOT OFF THE BUS!!! errrrrr I ATE ABOUT 150 CARBS TODAY BUT UNDER 1500 CAL. TOM IM STRIVING TO DO ATKINS BUT MY MOM BUYS SO MUCH JUNK FOOD SHE TRYS TO MAKE ME EAT I THINK SHE WANTS ME FAT UHHHHHHHHH SHE GETS ON MY NERVESSSSSS I WANNA LOSE WEITGHT I WANNA WEIGH 125LBS BY NEXT SUMMER PLZZZ HELP !

i did so bad today. i had cereal for bfast but for lunch, 3 slices of pizza ice cream and then veggies and fruit. i know so bad i had orientation for high school and nothin healthy. any tips???
