Hey everyone. I used to go on blubberbusters a lot when i was depressed or feeling fat and it used to bring my spirits up a bit. But now i have lost 5-7kilos and I am happy. I just want everyone to knoe that if you have a goal and u stick to it you can acheive it. With the right foods and good excercise I aceive my goal weight of 50 kilos and now i am trying to get down a little bit loweer for summer. A lot of people were worried about me and asked me if i was balimic (or however u spell it) and everytime i said no. I dont know why people think that but now people are aceepting that i didnt like the way i looked and that i am a new person now.

um- okay- this is an overweight board and though i'm no longer overweight- i'm not to my goal and am still trying to lose and am helping people out along the way. to those girls that keep asking if what they're eating is okay for maintaining every single day- learn how to depend on yourself or please find another board or something because those posts are becoming really really annoying...

Hey people i want to talk about 2 subjects. #1: For breakfast today i just had 6 pieces of bacon, 2 eggs, one slice wheat bread, an apple, and orange juice. Is that ok? #2: This is off the subject but i don't really fit in with my friends. I feel sorta left out. All of them are like skaters/punks and i am just normal/average. I don't even know how to skateboard! (isn't that pathetic) And they all went to a friends house and they didn't invite me! I would've asked to go but i don't want to be an annoying person that invites themselves places. Anyway I am starting to change my style because i need to anyway and if anyone has any other tips i'd really appreciate it.

I have lumps in both of my breasts and a nonemoveable mass in one breast, both my breasts are painfull to the touch. shuld I see a doctor? I am scared I might have breast cancer

Hey people. I haven't been here in a while. I haven't gotten anywhere since the last time I posted. I'm 129 which is healthy for me being 5'1" but It's at the high end of my healthy weight range I guess. I was 147...most of you already know that...I can't seem to get past 129. My goal weight is 115-120 ( which I think is really good for someone my height )I'm starting to lose hope..I was doing great being that I got to 130 from 147 and all that but now I'm like stuck. I've been stuck here for like 2 months. Trust me .......I am very happy that I lost that first 17 pounds but I do want to reach my goal. Are there any idea's on how I can lose this last 10-15 pounds. im abot 155 lbs. i really hate my body. i really need to lose weight fast. in the beginning of the 6th grade i was 138 lbs. i dont know how i could have gained 17 lbs in in a year. im graduating this year so i want to look good for high skool so no 1 would make fun of me. so does anybody have any suggestions how to lose 20-30 lbs in a few months?

Ok.. I was thinking and doing some research and I made my decison.. im not going to go on a diet.. im just going to change my life around and start to eat healthy. I have got a few rules to go by, but its for healthy eating no dieting. I have got my daily shedule.. Im in school now so I have got to eat what they have at school. so here it is In school shedule 7a.m Breakfast- 300 cal. then we dont get to eat lunch until 12:40a.m. and i eat a chicken sandwitch with water.. everyday.. thats 540 cal. then i get home at 3:15 i eat a snack around.. 3:30-3:40 that is going to be 200 cal. then ima eat supper around 6 or 7 worth 500 cal. and during the whole day ima have 2 pieces of gum- 10 cal. thats a total of 1550 and i will be only drinking water. and maybe 2 diet sodas a day thats it.. what do yall think..??

hey, i do power tumbling(hard core gymnastics) two nights a week for an hour and a half, and im going to start strength training with weights and stuff two to three days week for about a half hour at a time, and then im going to start running a mile every night or every other night...im gonna of course lose weight, but when i do, and i stop doing the running part or weight lifting part after about 2 or 3 months, will i start gaining again? or will i stay the same if im still doing the gymnastics part? isn't it tue that after you lose weight, you can stop doing one thing and you don't have to work out as much to keep your weight that way? please hlep!
