My bmi has dropped from 33.0 to 29.0 this year! 25.0 is a healthy bmi and I think that is 158 pounds for me and I am 185 now! I hope everyone does good on losing weight!

hi everyone. i am in need of losing weight. i am 5' 2" and 190 pounds! i am a soccer playa and have a lot of muscle. but on my stomach, and my inner thighs, i have fat. and i am really self consious about it. i really could use some help. and i u could give me some hints or pointers or maybe even some self boosters i would really appreciate it! email me at soccer333@cox.net

I have no self control...I got so off track, I'm back to 232.5 :( I just keep eating, I'm always hungry. It's digusting, and I'm so unhealthy I don't want to be this way. I don't know whats wrong, I have blood clots (during nosebleeds and stuff) and sharp pains in my arms and chest. my docter is mean so I'm not going to the docter. I hate myself :(

today i had 1200 calories- 2 bowls of cherrios with fat free milk, a fat free pretzel, fat free cheese and fat free tortialla, one soy burger, bowl of cantalope and scrambled eggs without milk or anything like that, just the eggs...did i do ok today? or should i cut out anything?

if i have fat free foods all day then have 2 tbs peanut butter at the end of the day which is about 20 grams fat and about 4 saturated, will this help me lose weight (only eating the fat so my body doesn't starve itself)? or will the saturated fat ruin it

I'm just wondering is anyone else here like afraid of food? I mean like scared that if you start eating that you won't be able to stop? Lol some foods are just so addictive though. Like this kind of popcorn they sell at Walmart, I like have to avoid it like the plauge, lol. I don't even like popcorm much!!

hi,well i've never written in before,but i want some advice.lately i noticed i started putting on a lot of excess fat love handles etc..my friends say i'm a perfect figure ,but i know i'm putting it on,i notice it in my clothes and i'm afraid i will creep up on me like it did my sister who went from size 10 to 14-16 in less than a year.Can anyone give me some simple adivce?please and thanks xxxx

i am sad. i feel so fat. and i am. on my physical i weigh 204, and that was like a month ago, i prolly weigh more now....i wish i was skinny, and my clothes are too short b/c i am 5'10" and my fat shows when i lidt my arms.....my belly is huge, and so are the tops of my arms.....if i could lose weight....:(....i am depressed....and what are lovehandles???-Peace Out,Jennifer:(

I got on the scale this morning and it was 185, more than I expected to weight! I am 5'7 and I am probably going to grow another inch b4 school starts, b/c my mom says that I keep getting taller. So if I am 5'8 and like 170 pounds, I think that would be good. I want to eventually weigh 145. Maybe I can make that by CHRISTmas and I will be happy! I am going to get Winsor Pilates for my birthday so I can get toned and look great! Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks!

if i workout on the tredmills,bikes ect for an hour a day, do the slim in 6 45 minute workout video that includes strength training and I do this everyday 6 days a week and eat 1200 calories can i lose a noticable amount of body fat by august 1st?
