hi!! is this too much? Today I had.... a boca burger with ketchup and fat free ranch with lettuce on it...I also had a cup of my premium hot chocolate which i make ( i put in 1 tbs of real hersheys cchocolate baking powder with 2 tbs of fat free/sugar free french vanilla coffee mix) and then a package of splenda and 1/4 cup fat free froz. yogurt on top..... and then I have had a contraption which contained 4 peices of fat free bologna (80 cal total), 1/4 cup fat free shredded cheese, 2 slices fat free cheese, topped with parmasan and fat free french onion dip and fat free ranch.. followed by another one of my hot chocolate personal mixers. :) lol... that has totalled 1000 calories so far so only 200 left for me today. Tell me what you think?

Ok... I tried that leg excersize you told me about but it worked on my outer thigh, not my inner... But it's been three days since I've been working out and I've lost three pounds believe it or not... No matter how much I wanted to eat something sweet I didn't... I'm rather proud of myself. I've been walking for 20 minutes a day, and doing 300 sit ups a day, and other differant excersizes to work out my legs. And it's actually working. And for a snack when I just have to have something I eat saltless crackers... Or for a sweet tooth I eat peanut butter... fat free... It honestly has nothing in it. And instead of eating three big meals a day, I eat four small ones. This is working for me... And if I can lose a pound a day... I'll be back down to 120 in a little over two months. And reading how other people are also struggling I think it may help a lot.

This message is to Ashley. If you would like to try this let me tell you... it isn't hard at all. You just have to tell yourself no... And I understand it's hard... I'm still straining. This is still the very beginning for myself. But try doing 90 crunches your first day. If you don't think you can, you don't have to do them all at once. Then the next day, try 300. I do 150 before I take my 20 minute walk, and 150 when I get home from my walk. Along w/ leg crunches. Instead of using your upper body. Try using your legs. Place your hands under your "bottom". I find it easier that way. And bring your legs towards you as much as you can. Do as many as you possibly can, and up it a little everyday. There are some other excersizes too that you can do w/ your legs. You can also use your imagination... if you feel a burn then it's working something out. And you can even search on yahoo or... Instead of a candy bar... try fat free peanut butter... or even fruit. And I'm not promising this will work for you, but it honestly has for me. But you need to be sure you're getting all the food groups a day that you need. But if you feel that 4 small meals a day will work for you rather than 3 big ones. You go for it. Because losing a pound a day... feels great. (view less)

Ok, you know how yesturday I was complaining a/b my highlights not being really good, my hair is almost ALL blonde now, it looks great! And this does have to do w/ weight b/c I have more confidence and you need confidence to lose weight! Ne way, today I ate b-Peanut Butter Crunch w/ 2% milk L-ham, lettuce and honey mustard on wheat bread (45 cals a slice!)S-2 and a half chicken strips, salad w/ light dressing, tomatoes and cucumber, 8 waffle fries and tropical fruit. I excersized for about 2 hours! Can I lose weight by eating this and excersizing that much? When I went to the movie, I bought water, I was so proud, accept the water costed 2 bucks!!!!

The more I think about it, the angrier I get. So I'm going to vent. My best friend seems to WANT me to gain weight. I used to be clinically overweight in the beginning of highschool, and everyone made fun of me as well. Well, I started eating very little, and by grade 12, I was 98lbs, which looked good on my 5"2 frame. It wasn't easy, but it was worth it. Anyway, before we were friends, she used to make fun of me for being fat. After I lost the weight, I was thinner than her and I could tell she couldn't stand it. But we had become friends then, so there wasn't much she could do. Anyway, now due to a new school, vacation, new job, depression and all that other stuff, I developed binge-eating disorder and put on 22lbs. It's not much compared to when I was overweight, but my self-esteem is very low. I've recently changed my eating habits and lost 5lbs, as most of you know. BUT,... BUT, my friend purposely asks me out for lunch and dinner and b*tches at me if I choose healthy choices. She accuses me not eating (which is NOT true, I get 1200-1500 calories each day) and her exact words are, "well maybe you should go back to eating 4 crackers a day again". First of all, I never did that! Secondly, she speaks as if she wants me to put on more weight just so she came remain thinner than me. Before, when she was trying to lose weight, I helped her out. I wanted the both of us to be happy, and as you frequent visiters on this board know, I'm totally supportive of people who want to lose. But now, she puts pressure on me to gain, and then tells me I need to lose weight. Anyone know what I mean? Sigh...thanks for listening, guys. ~~MissyK~~ (view less)
