hey guys its me and ya know lately i've been feeling as if this board is nothing but i need to loose weight FAST! and i just wanted to pip up and say guys weight loss is not a fast process. It took your whole life to gain it its not going to come off in a week. If you set yourself up for these unreasonable goals then you just might end up letting yourself down and no one wants to feel like that. So be smart when setting goals, a smart goal is achieved just as quick if not healthier than a unrealistic one. Good luck to all! Thanks for listening to my opinion -Mandi-

I try to lose weight, but it's so hard! I would like to at least lose 10 pounds by August 30th before school starts. I eat less but its hard not eating sweets. I just am so motivated to lose weight and if I put my mind to it I hope i can succeed!!!!!!!!!!!

today i had 1200 calories- instant rasins and spice oatmeal with 2/3 cup milk, fat free yougurt with fat free frozen rasberries, one fat free synders pretzel, 2 pieces of gum, skinless chicken breast, 6 fat free croutons and 2 tbs peanut butter...is this bad or good? I heard if you have peanut butter as your only fat intake for the day you'll lose weight

I am going to lose 15 pounds b4 school starts on the 30th of next month! I am so motivated now! I really want to weight 165 and that would be sooo great and everyone says that I look like I am 160 now, but I am 180 or maybe a little more! It would be great to go back to school a size or two smaller! Do you think I can reach this goal, and does anyone have any more motivation for me? I hope I can make it!!!! THANKS!!

Ok I have seen a lot of people askin how they can loose weight well its simple plan but kinda hard when it comes to eating and it will be for everyone. Well all I do and I have lost 4 pounds this past week is eat in moderation which means I only eat when I am hungry intill I am satisfied not stuffed and I also bike 10 miles everyday which takes me an hour or maybe a lil less then an hour but still it works well. I am also jump roping a lil every week and do crunches and push ups and leg lifts and it all really helps I am goin to start up taebo again once we are unnpakced and moved into our new house cuz right now its packed but if you do this and maybe walk a little or run or jog which ever one I bet you can loose the weight u want and look good and you just really have to commited and dontsay oh ill start tomorrow because with my eatingplan every day could be a good day if you only eat ...
