hey im not sure if this is a good idea or not, but what if you were to buy a really nice 2-piece bathing suit..and used it as an inspiration or like..a push to remind you to not snack and stuff? liek hang it up in your room or osmethig?

TO ANNE AGE 17. I really think that you give great advise, so can please help me? I'm 14, 146lbs and 5'5. I play competitive tennis, so i practice 3hours in the morning Monday-friday on alternate weeks. During the other weeks I use the time for conditioning. I have been doing that last summer and have lost a great deal of weight. But then I started bingeing on candy and lost control over what I ate so I gained about 23 lbs in this school year. During a noraml day I will be eating 5 meals about 400 calories each because I will need that much energy for my tennis and conditioning. Heres my basic schedule (omitting stuff like driving,etc) for a tennis week: wake up, run for 30 min, eat breakfast, play tennis for 3 hrs, go to the gym, spend 1 hr 10 min on the elliptical, 30 min on stairmaster, 30 min riding a bike, then lift weights for 20-30 min (every other day). Then i will eat dinner, watch a bit of TV, and then do an advanced tae bo tape. I will be getting about 9:30 hours of sleep every night. I will be eating a very balanced diet with lots of protein. By the end of the summer I wanna be 121 lbs. But the thing is that if i'm gonna do everything i'm supposed to I will loose all the weight before August. what brands of green tea do u all recommened? i loved green tea when my mom used to buy it, but now we dont buy it, and i dont know what brand are good. any reccomendations? also, have u tried the ready-to-mix green tea packets from GNC? are they good? do they work? any help would be welcomed.

hay, lucy-age 13. i was reading your rpy tooooo michelle and it sounds like you now how tooooo give good answers.sooo hear goes . before the end of school we went to the mall on a fieldtrip, and i bought a belt.but it was toooooooooooo small.while i was there i looked at all the clothes and they were so cute ,but there about 5 size's tooo smallshould i do what michelle and let them get to me .repley back.

hi, it's chrisy agian . i forgot toooooooooooo say that i only have a month before shool starts and my babysitter gives us fatty food for luch and if we say we don't wont it she gets mad but i wont to look good for the fist day of school . it's allright if i don't loose all 71 pounds but i atleast wont to loose 41 pounds. will some one please help me asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi i'm Bethany and i have stuggled with my weight since i was 13 when i was 13 i weighed 120 and thought i was fat and kno i'm 16 and weigh 165 pounds and wish i was that 120. so i have started to go to the gym and run i think that loosing weight is a really hard thing when i go to the gym i go with a really good friend and a person who supports me and i support her.i would love to be able to wear a size 7 or 8 but i don't kno what you would weigh if anyone knows what that would be you can email me or add me to msn at cutie_8__@hotmail.com and if u need some support talk to me.

ime 5'4 and 170..& i just ran a mile..should i be prous of myself?..i think i will do that everyday for 4 moths..how much weight can i lose if i eat right w/ lots of water..with the mile a day and softball 3 times a week.. i want long term not some stupid short term diet fad..n thats how everyone should feel..anyways if i do the things listed above everyday for four moths how much weight can i loose in the 4 months?..thanx and love ya all!..godbless
