OMG....you guys wont guess what I just did today, I am soooooooo freaking tired!!!! I just got done running 4 miles and up and down stairs and playing bball and doing sprints and football drills all in 90 degree weather. I am beat, and I gotta go it all tomarrow and wedsnday, it is soooo tiring I was working from 8AM until 12:30PM and it was Hell!!, but I have such good news, it is now June I been excersising for about 3 months now....3 months ago I wieghed 393 Pounds right now I am happy to say that I wiegh 330...I am going for my goal of 200, I am so determined.. Here is a tip, if you go to a fast food place, I suggest you go to taco bell or Mcdonalds and get there Fiesta salads for lunch or dinner, they are very very very good, and very filling, Mcdonalds meal also comes with a bottle of water whcih is good. So my tips for you today is to eat as little portions as possible, don't eat until you get super full, because you don't need it, and drink lots of water...If you do that you will loose at least 60 pounds within the next three months..garanteed, if I can do it I know anyone can! MESSAGE TO WHOEVER POSTS AS JShow fast did it take you to lose weight with slim in 6 and did u take any supplements or follow any diet plans?would it help to just do the burn it up vidoes instead of starting with the lower cardio vidoes?thanks so much!

Just by only eatting 1200 cals i lost 2 lbs today !! I'm excited.. its off to a good start, could be water weight but at least i think this is going somewhere!

Hey everybody. I used to be very active playing all kinds of sports and stuff. But then I stopped doing as much and became 148lbs at 5'5. I am still very muscular and have a lot of strength so i dont look that bad. This summer I am gonna resume being as active as I used to be and will probably loose a lot of weight. My goal is to be 120-125 lbs by September 14 (when high school starts.) I went on this website where it tells you how many calories per day you are burning including your metabolic rate and the activities that you do. When I did it I got 6,500 calories per day! This is definately correct because I am gonna pretty much be doing something all day long like running swimming, tennis, tae bo, pilates, etc. I was wondering if it it safe to loose weight at a fast pace like this because I will be eating 2500 calories per day. So that equals to 8 pounds of weight loss per week. I know that sounds very dangerous, but is it really? I mean, I am gonna do it the right way and not starve myself??? Please help SORRY I POSTED AGAIN BUT I REALLY NEED MORE ADVISE!!!!!!

Im so depressed cuz of my excess weight. All day I sit and watch tv, and eat, which is y Im over weight. Well.... I oviesly need to pick my butt up and start moving so if anyone can help me by suggesting a good way to lose about 70 lbs during this summer, I would greatly appreciate it!!!!

Oh, and a post to accompany my previous one, I ate normally, but I mostly had LOTS of sushi and white rice with meat and teriyaki/curry sauce. So much for evil white rice, huh? Oh..but I've been exercising as well. ~~MissyK~~

Guess what, guys? I've lost 4lbs! It's probably water weight cuz it's only been 4 days. But it's still great, because it motivates me. I lost because of my friend Chelsea, whom I met here at Blubberbusters. She told me I had an eating disorder, and that just made me change my lifestyle around. I stopped binging, and drank 5 cups of green tea a day along with a 1200-1500 calorie diet! So, for those of you who want to lose weight, I suggest you find someone to motivate and inspire you, like a SERIOUS weight loss buddy. I hope you all succeed. ~~MissyK~~
