When I first started I was 155 lbs (5'5) and now i'm 134 lbs (5'5). All I did was eat right and walk to and from school everyday that I had to. So I just stopped taking my bus... my school is kind of far though. It's a 30 minute walk there and a 30-minute walk back. But it was worth it. Now I just want to get down to 130... or even 125 by the end of the summer. That is a VERY reasonable goal I would think. So I think I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing. (What also helps is having a really active boyfriend, lol- mine loves sports).

Ok, i really wanna loose weight this summer (at least 25-30lbs by end of august) but im not sure how too. i know eating healthy and exercizing but what foods should i eat too lose 30 lbs. in 2 1/2 months? help! i wannna start today!!!

Whew! Here we go again.......Ive lost about 48 lbs total, and have hit a plataue and i dont know what to do, i just cant seem to lose this last 20 lbs its harder losing this then it was losing the 48 lbs in the beggining. So now im gonna try a new program (instead of slim fast) and do a new program called "Slim In 6", I hope it works......has anyone heard of this program?.......and is anyone doing this program cause i really could use a partner for this.....if u r i guess just leave an email...bye

Are there some sufficient tips for loosing some weight around your middle area? I'm 15 and about 167 pounds, but my measurment around my belly button area is about 38 inches. Last year I was at about 34 and and now my pants still fit, but there's some overhang. Being too chubby for your clothing is never a pretty sight.

I really need to lose weight.
The thing is,I take steroids and it is soooooo hard to lose weight with steroids.

Another question: If I go from 147 lbs to about 120-125 how many inches off my thighs and butt and stomache will I loose?

Hey everybody. I used to be very active playing all kinds of sports and stuff. But then I stopped doing as much and became 148lbs at 5'5. I am still very muscular and have a lot of strength so i dont look that bad. This summer I am gonna resume being as active as I used to be and will probably loose a lot of weight. My goal is to be 120-125 lbs by September 14 (when high school starts.) I went on this website where it tells you how many calories per day you are burning including your metabolic rate and the activities that you do. When I did it I got 6,500 calories per day! This is definately correct because I am gonna pretty much be doing something all day long like running swimming, tennis, tae bo, pilates, etc. I was wondering if it it safe to loose weight at a fast pace like this because I will be eating 2500 calories per day. So that equals to 8 pounds of weight loss per week. I know that sounds very dangerous, but is it really? I mean, I am gonna do it the right way and not starve myself??? Please help

i'm getting so frusterated.. i've been doing everything right for like 2 weeks and this really isn't working.... i've been having 1400 cals a day or so , 8 glasses of h2o a day, low fat nutritious things, recommended daily activitiy... and now im trying to get rid of the night eatting, which i have been. Why aren't i losing... :(!!

hey there i have been riding my bike everyday for the last week about 3 - 5 miles a day and haven't lost any and i also wasn't eating as much why could this be i figured that if i didn't eat as much and rode my bike that much that i would at least have lost 2-5 pounds can any one answer my question of why this could be thanks a lot
