im on the slimfast site, and am thinking of going on the diet. does anyone have any experiance with slimfast?(btw, i can have"choclate delite powder" and "orange pinaple canned" meal replacements only.

does anyone else do this? its like ifg i hav those poptarts it will be 400 calories so i wont even tho i reeeeeeeeeealy want to. ill hav crackers instead, only 200 calories. still hunry, hav more up to 400. shoulda had teh stupid poptarts in the first place!! so fustratin, lol.

Hiya im 14 yrs old and i weigh 10 stone 3lbs! im quite tall but i dont think thats the reason i just cant stop eating im not exactly fat though im just over weight i think! can any one helo me please?

hi! okay.. i know i've talked a lot about this but i ahve a quick questin.. if i stick to my 1200 calorie a day diet with nutritious things, and excersize about 45 min a day at the gym with combined cardio and weights, and drink 8 glasses of water a day, do you think i can lose 25-30 lbs by August?

i tried a slm fast drink this morning. i wasnt hungry cuz it was like 6am but i derank like half the can anyway cuz it said it goives u energry and i waz tired. it diddnt but o well. but then i was hungry by second period. it was pretty good though, not really creamy like it said it was tho. what do u all think of yhhe drinks. i havent tried the snacks yet but they look good on the comercials.

OMG....you guys wont guess what I just did today, I am soooooooo freaking tired!!!! I just got done running 4 miles and up and down stairs and playing bball and doing sprints and football drills all in 90 degree weather. I am beat, and I gotta go it all tomarrow and wedsnday, it is soooo tiring I was working from 8AM until 12:30PM and it was Hell!!, but I have such good news, it is now June I been excersising for about 3 months now....3 months ago I wieghed 393 Pounds right now I am happy to say that I wiegh 330...I am going for my goal of 200, I am so determined.. This is what I do for all this to happen: I don't watch my varbs and stuff like I should, but it seems like I just need to keep doing what I am doing...ok Breakfast: I have a bowl of frosted flakes or Rice Crispies with skim milk, and I eat an apple and a lil glass of skim milk Snack: I eat Pistacios or... Here is a tip, if you go to a fast food place, I suggest you go to taco bell or Mcdonalds and get there Fiesta salads for lunch or dinner, they are very very very good, and very filling, Mcdonalds meal also comes with a bottle of water whcih is good. So my tips for you today is to eat as little portions as possible, don't eat until you get super full, because you don't need it, and drink lots of water...If you do that you will loose at least 60 pounds within the next three months..garanteed, if I can do it I know anyone can!
