Hey guys, I was just wondering if anybody could help me with my problem that I think a lot of us have. Im overweight not only because I dont eat that great, but because Im inactive. Please, tell me some excercises I can do and healthy foods to eat. Im finally getting off the couch and getting toned up for school! Thankyou guys, your really nice for helping me out!

Hey, i need some tips on how to control how much i eat. i just start eating and can't stop, and its starting to catch up with me. Also wat are exercises for fat on the sides of you? i going to try 2 get register in some classes at the rec center 2 try and keep active but what are some things i can do at home?

Hey I have a tip for you all. I heard milk can actually help you lose weight. You have to drink 3 cups a day. It is good for weight loss because it has a good amount of calcium and protein that you need. If you don't believe me go to www.2424milk.com it is called 2424 because you have to drink 24 ounces of milk in 24 hours.

When people say eat tons of fruits and vegetables during a diet, does it mean without the meals? or with the reuglar meals? becuse without the meals it'll just be furits and vegetables and water... thanz
