Hey everyone I weigh 161 pounds and i would really like it if some one could plz tell me how i could lose like 30 pounds in 3 months. I've been trying to look for something that would work for me, but i haven't seen anything. so could u plz help me.Thanks,stacey

i just can't stand it any more !!! i live in france and the pressure to lose weight is horrid ... people there r very thin and clothes are cut to fit slim and tall people only !! i can't walk two feet without seeing an advert to lose weight. I don't want to but i'm becoming obsessed with my weight ! HELP!!! i don't even take pleasure in eating any more, every time i put something into my mouth i feel so awfull afterwards but i can't stop myself. sometimes i just have to stuff myself and i feel so sick afterwards... plz help me all this is driving me mad!! i'm not even that fat !!!!!! i just have a few kilos to lose and look at what i'm turning into!!

dangit guys i am like 10 lbs. overweight. i go 2 a gym, i don't lay around the house all day and i have been eating healthier for about a month and i haven't seen any results yet any suggestions?

hi everyone i just wanted to tell you that I have been eating right for a few days now and have been exercising well. i haven't had one kind of candy or fried food. and have been exercising twice a day. i haven't lost any weight yet i don't think but i will let you know when i have.

Hey I just read something about burning calories, if while ur sitting on the computer or watching TV u keep moving like:*Tap your feet *Swing your legs *Drum your fingers *Stand up and stretch *Move your head from side to side *Change position *Wriggle and fidget *Clench and release your musclesor when ur not on the computer do things like:Pace up and down *Don’t use the internal phone - go in person *Use the upstairs bathroom *Park in the furthest corner of the car park *Stand up when you’re on the phone You can burn that little bit extra calories :)

Hi im overweight and if i run 2 miles a day every day plus exersise w/ softball which is 4 times a week..and drank 8+ glasses of water a day..ate healthy and nothing after 6 pm..how much weight could i loose in one months time?.. thanks

okay im not even that overwieght, im just a little chubby i guess, but still i want to lose it, ive been running about half a mile every morning, but i need to drop at least 5 pounds in like 10 days......is that possible?.....any tips PLEASE!

I'm not sure this really pertains to overweightness (except that I am overweight) but whenever I eat something really sugary, I tend to feel really sick or tired. Does anybody know why this could be? My mom says that maybe i have diabetes or something, but I really don't know the symptoms for diabetes. If anyone has any ideas, please post or u can e-mail me at: tami@thinkmore.cjb.net

I notice everyone gets cravings for food even I do and get confused between hunger and cravings all you gotta do is think when the last time you ate was and decide if you are hungry or just craving food if you are just craving have some water or brush your teeth it worked for me, I hope it works for you.
